This was my first time to Madison Reed. I will be back, but I am giving them 3 stars because they did not clean up the color on my neck. The whole back of my neck is dark. Also, I don't think they got all the color out of my hair because when I was drying my hair color kept getting on my face. They are totally short staffed so I get that they are trying to move through each customer but there where only 2 customers in there when they where washing my hair. Had a really great experience here. It was my first time visiting the color bar and I found it to be very welcoming and streamlined. I needed my roots retouched and because I have very dark hair I do not like wasting my money on a blow dry when I will be having some dye stain around my face. I have been to some very high end salons and I thought with the products and dye cleansers that are offered to you after the shampoo was so much worth while. Best wedding hair ever! Alana did my hair for a wedding as a bridesmaid and it was the first bridesmaid hair style I didn't have to get redone (lol)! They were fabulous, so accommodating, and great to be around. 10/10 recommend l!

Best hair color ever. The place is clean, open, the personnel are friendly. I love coming here is so relaxing. I can get stuff done while I get my hair processed. If I could give it more stars I would. I highly recommend this salon.

I absolutely loved my Madison Reed experience-;) everyone was extremely polite and professional. Randall did a fantastic job on my color and blow dry. The facility was extremely clean and I watched them disinfect after each customer. A definite five-star experience!

I have used Madison Reed off & on for 4 years online. However, I decided to come into the salon for a good color match. It was great! Randall did a great job with my hair & gloss color. I love it! Also, Rebeccah was fantastic with styling and best shampoo ever! :) Great salon, color, products, people & prices!

Decent job on my color. Nice salon. Well priced. Downgraded because it is too hard to get an appointment. I may as well go to the salon down the street. Last visit only two people working there. They have many stations that aren't being used.
