Seriously if I could give them more than 5 stars I would! About me...I don't go to the salon to get my hair done because it is so hard to find a place that knows how to handle my multi-ethnic, naturally curly, thick hair. The colorist are knowledgeable and care about the health of my hair which is very important. I have lots of stubborn grays and the color they chose covered them all! My hair has never looked better and their customer service is superb. Their Covid 19 protocols were on point and I felt very safe and relaxed. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Hannah did a great shadow root and gloss on my hair. I love the dark root with blonde at the ends and every time I have went to a salon to get it done the stylist would mess my hair up. This time is was perfect! Will be coming back!

Thanks to Sarah and Hannah for a great experience! Color came out great as did the blow dry. Sarah was incredibly knowledgeable about her trade, and the salon was clean & comfortable. I Did not like the color , it made my scalp look red, also it caused lot of itching in my scalp

Rip off/ made an appt.online with chat AI. Couldn't figure out which service I needed. Tried 3 times to call. They don't answer their phones. I scheduled all over color, highlights. Went in on Saturday. Manager came over and told me they couldn't help me because previously I had gone to a full service salon and they couldn't match the highlights and never would be able to. Very confusing and I also had just spent $8.00 for parking. Very disappointing.

I am a new Pro + PLUS MEMBER. This is my second visit to Madison Reed since becoming a member. This location is not a welcoming location. Preston Royal in Dallas is more welcoming. Also, you must pay for parking. The colorist barely greeted me. She seemed disappointed due to my hair texture and thickness. More hair, thick hair = More time/more product.
