Becca was a great fun upbeat person to work with. The girl coloring my hair was there and left. Then I had Becca do the blow dry and wash. It's a clean salon. 2 hour free parking is available in the garage or can pay with mobile app and park in front of the store. The appointment was at 430- she didn't start on me until 5pm, which delayed me finishing to about 645-7 pm. Seriously if I could give them more than 5 stars I would! About me...I don't go to the salon to get my hair done because it is so hard to find a place that knows how to handle my multi-ethnic, naturally curly, thick hair. I usually just use an at home box color to dye my gray hairs. From the time I walked in and was greeted until the time I left, the experience was superb. The colorist are knowledgeable and care about the health of my hair which is very important. I have lots of stubborn grays and the color they chose covered them all! My hair has never looked better and their customer service is superb. Their Covid 19 protocols were on point and I felt very safe and relaxed. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Hannah did a great shadow root and gloss on my hair. I love the dark root with blonde at the ends and every time I have went to a salon to get it done the stylist would mess my hair up. This time is was perfect! Will be coming back!

Thanks to Sarah and Hannah for a great experience! Color came out great as did the blow dry. Sarah was incredibly knowledgeable about her trade, and the salon was clean & comfortable. So glad a nontoxic hair color option exists - thanks Madison Reed. Great advice on color choice and products - thanks ladies!

Once again booked a root touch up and blow dry. Again they couldn't accommodate. This location has really taken a turn for the worse. This is multiple times this has happened.
