My hair looks 2 tone. There is one dark color up above the ears and a light color below the ears. There are no stripes in my hair just solid color. Looks like i have grown out roots. Had pic i showed stylist and it looks nothing like the picture. My hair is cut to be straight and then straight across the bottom i told stylist and she made my bangs all poofy and the bottom was curled under which is an outdated style.

Beware of fraud staff and save your time. The staff at southlake are most unethical. They drop appointments without informing customers. When you show up for your appointment on time, they complain they can't see it on their end and its not their fault, may be a system error. When you show them a proof of the appt on the phone they say we cant do anything about it. And ask the customer to reschedule and come at an another time. Horrible first impression I was not even greeted when walked in. Even though with other customers it's takes 5 seconds to say " Hi be with you in Few" with a smile. You want customers to feel welcomed in your business. Show it each and everyone walking through your business doors.

I made a Color Bar appointment for guidance on how to get my hair closer to my the natural red I had in my youth. I had a ponytail with me to show the color. She showed me a color and asked a few questions. She insisted this will be a pretty color. You draw your own conclusions. I am holding the ponytail in my hand.

I got a bayalage treatment done in July and the colorist didn't do it correctly so it did not work, no color at all!They suggested I come back in August to fix it. This time it lightened my hair but it's an orange red instead of caramel. Clearly they don't know what they are doing with dark hair besides the roots. I REALLY wanted to like this place, truly I did. Went in for root touch up. Somewhere in the blonde family. Wound up with darker roots than I went in with. Waited for corporate to reach out to me today but they didn't. Now I have to spend 200 dollars to fix what they messed up. Not happy. Probably wouldn't have posted had corporate had have called and explained.

I have naturally blonde hair and I went in to make my roots a little more ashy. My "colorist" said I only needed to come up one level. I was like ok great and I made it abundantly clear that I wanted "ASHY" not golden. I come out with my roots ORANGE! Do NOT recommend this place. Literally all they do is color hair "color bar". They are awful.
