I went in to get a full bayalage which I have gotten twice before here. I was told they wouldn't do my hair and I needed to go home and do a deep conditioning treatment for 3 weeks. I have never heard of this before and have been highlighting my hair for 10 years. I sat in the chair for 20 minutes without being helped and then told that I could not get my hair done. It seemed like they just did not want to do my hair. Will not be returning.

From my understanding this woman came in for a quick color, which turned out great but what didn't match that was the customer service. I don't plan on coming back here for a long time because of what a bad taste this left in me. One of the workers was verbally abusing a client that wasn't even hers to yell at her for not knowing to avoid shampoo and conditioner before coloring your hair. Do not go there, they didn't even have the courtesy to dry my hair, I had to go to another hat salon after there.

Worse experience in a so called high end salon. The hair colorist left me and did not attend to me at all even though color was running on my forehead and sides. After the wash they were supposed to dry my hair - I had made an appt for that. But they left me sitting on my own for more than an hour and then I just decided to dry it myself. I was supposed to go to dinner but could not go as my face had hair color everywhere. A bunch of racists I think - as they were attending to white customers while I just sat there.

I initially booked partial highlights but made it clear in my comments when booking that I was unsure of what I wanted and since there is a color consultation I opted to have that. As stated in my comments when booking I told the stylist I wanted to blend my grays and have a more dimensional natural color. I also let her know that that I did not want highlights that look gold and streaky in my hair. Had my first visit to get my hair colored and try to find a new alternative to covering my few grays. I was really interested in the concept. I may buy the color still but I will not be visiting this location for actual color and here are the reasons why. 1. Waited 30 mins after my scheduled appointment, before I was ever helped. 2. I canceled my membership. Here's why. I have been a membership customer since April '21. I have gray roots, thus need a touch up every 2 weeks. I truly thought I found my forever salon and in the bimonthly visits I've had, gave no mind when I had to wait 20 to upwards of 45 minutes after my appointment time which I can say has been over half of the time I go.
