I have short hair and went in for a partial highlight. It took over 2 hours for stylist to complete my hair, and she put in way to many highlights. Also its almost time to get a root touch up. She did not get even close to the ends of my roots. The color was a little lighter than expected, but I like it. But I would not go back to the salon.

I gave it two tries, but I will not be returning. I was rather pleased with my highlights/color and blowout results during my first visit. However, I was a bit turned off by the loud banter between the colorists. It seemed friendly but unprofessional. During my second visit, I witnessed the same loud banter. I am disappointed with the service I received. This is the second time I arrived on time for my appointment, only to be told that it needed to be rescheduled while I was already waiting. It is quite frustrating." Additionally there's 2 ladies working there that look like they don't want to be there, they are not courteous.

Never coming to this salon again! I wanted a single roots tough up. I left with uneven blonde all over AND scabs on my head from a chemical burn! The stylist was not confident in her work and asked her manager questions every 5 minutes. Not to mention that I was there for 5.5 hours...

No thank you! No need to reach out, I'm good. Cancelling my membership saves me not only money but 2.5 hours each time that I have to sit in the chair while your staff gets around to do my hair. It was fine and I did it until I was treated so poorly by a girl that has no business doing anyone's hair. You have a Cool concept for a business but very poor execution. Please hire more competent staff that actually wants to help people and understands the busy lives and times People lead.

terrible color job! i told stylist i didnt want brassy or red just brown and after she colored, it was brassy and red! she said she put gloss on but LIED to me, she didnt put gloss on but charged me for it. they would not refund my money! will never go back!

Let me start off by stating I was not a walk-in and had an appointment I booked online. Arrived 15 minutes early and was asked to go ahead and take a seat. I understood that with the holiday season I may have to wait for my scheduled appointment which was fine. However I noticed people who came in five minutes before my scheduled time were starting to get service while I was still sitting there. OMG! I checked in exactly 10mins late to my appt and was told to reschedule. Is there no grace period allowed? I was not aware of that policy, and wasted my time fighting traffic and parking to get there. They had one person working. Apparently the manager was supposed to do my color but she is getting ready to do a blowout so she can't do my root touchup. For a manager, she lacks customer svc skill. Here is the detailed review! Wow!!! I am surprised, this place is still in the business. I really like their color but their salon was the worst. When I walked in, there was a lady seating at the desk, she asked me my name and looked at the screen. Asked me to wait and she disappeared. Never came back. Another stylist finished her client and came to ask if I was being helped (well, No) .
