Amazing color service. My dark natural blonde hair always gets too white or too brassy with mist colorings. Madison reed color is perfect. Live the price. $20 cheaper than what I was paying at aveda. much better sheen and condition of my hair.

Love the Southlake location and peeps! All take health precautions and masks including customers comfortably. Blond is not always easy to get right the first time and Madison Reed did. I had roots and toning plus the glaze which gives life and shine back! I can't remember my color tech's name she's a young brunette, sweet, patient made me feel welcome. I had my hair colored yesterday by Hailey (I hope I'm spelling that correctly). She did a wonderful job and was also a fun and positive person to chat with! I'm super glad I came here and am super pleased with the results. Everyone I've shown my color to wants to come get theirs done here too!

After the most HORRIBLE service experience and ultimately not getting color at my scheduled time at Madison Reed Shops at Legacy, I decided on another day to drive and hour to Southlake. I still love the formula for their color. What are the odds a second location could be disorganized and rude, right? A world of difference. Lovely staff across the board. First I think it's important to understand what you are not going to get here. You will not get a lot of color techniques/ options. You will not get a hair cut. You will not get a traditional salon feel. Now, you will get a new (minimal) approach to hair color that is premixed so that you are not at the mercy of the technician. You will getting colorists who know how to do their job. You will get a vibe that gives you more of a bar feel - literally you sit at a bar that has no mirrors to get the hair color applied. This was my first time getting my hair colored. Once you walk in you check in and you are greeted. They offer you a beverage while they call your stylist. My stylist came over and went over everything. She explained what coloring your hair would do, how long it would last, and how their products are special. They use a chemical free dye that is healthier for your hair. They have a large selection of different hair dyes for you to choose from. She worked with me and helped guide me to the best hair color. I had the best ever first time appointment at the salon! The girls were all very friendly and professional. Special mention goes out to Bree, Stephanie and Hailey ofcourse. Service and results rival any top quality salon! In addition, the salon was beautiful. Very simple modern industrial look. Stations and restroom were spotless. I loved my ultimate result. I got to try this place out with a girlfriend. It was a very nice and relaxing time. We booked our appts at the same time and seated next to each other so we can chat. They offered us tea, coffee, or water. For some reason, I thought when they said color bar, it also meant champagne, wine, mimosas, etc, hence the "bar" in its same. It meant hair color bar, duh! First visit today and it won't be my last. I love my hair!! My stylist was Stephanie and I am so glad I met her. She is awesome!!! Not only did she do a great job, but her attitude and approach made me feel Comfortable immediately. I was so impressed by her and the salon, it's worth the forty five minute drive from my home.
