I have been following Temanna for several years. She is a wonderful colorist. I just wish I could always get her to do my hair when I come. This location is really close to my home so it's really convenient. But when she was in Brentwood, I would drive over there. I like the product and I think it's a really cool business model. But it seems like the people working there are overextended and there seems to be a lot of turnover with employees. But everybody's always so nice and friendly. I needed a reset from a beautiful bayalage I had done last year - my hair was pretty gross with the grow out and greys coming in. My normal stylist would charge me an arm and a leg for a single process reset, so I needed a step above box dye for a 2026 reset. I was hesitant to try a color bar after years with the same stylist, but the frequent root touch-ups were getting expensive. Madison Reed turned out to be a great solution--the color lasts longer and the results are excellent. "T" is my go-to person and she does a fantastic job. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this location, as I've been coming here for a while now. It's spotless and neat, and the staff is very friendly. I'm always greeted immediately upon entering. After checking in, they offered me something to drink, as if I were a guest in their home. The customer service is excellent! Tamanna, who goes by T, is a fantastic colorist!!! I followed her from the Brentwood location because she's terrific. She's very professional, knowledgeable, and gives me great advice and coloring tips!
