I don't have an issue with Madison Reed but I went to this color bar for a color match and to sign up for the delivery kits for my roots...so got me matched the girl at the front desk said she got me signed up and it would be shipped. A week later I call to check, said my card already had 3 shipments placed on it and could not use that card (which there was no fraud or anything on my statements) so I asked the girl to replace it and she saved the card and has all my information and goes what is the color number...i thought y... read more

I called and booked my appointment late last week for Friday morning at 10:00 for a 2 hour light works treatment and a blow out after. Friday is my only day off work and I was so excited since I haven't had my hair done in over a year, plus I have a special event to attend later today. Don't trust them to do good balayage highlights. The blending was trash my hair looked good when I left the shop but when I got back home and styled it with my products and actually looked at it the color came out so patchy. The front piece came out blonde on top and dark on the bottom. Not cute. Really disappointed.
