Update- The customer service team emailed me and refunded me. They offered to fix it but I had already done a color remover from Sally's because the color was just so bad and so unnatural. I appreciate them trying to make it right. I would still be careful there if you want a natural red. After asking around I found out natural red can be really hard for hair colorists to get right. If you have brown hair and want your grays done it's probably not very risky.

This Madison Reed company is amazing! Their products really work. I love that they are sealing products telling the truth to the customers! I highly recommend the towel to dry your hair, their fabulous 4 (Seal, Hydrate, Boost and Shine). Their purple hairbrush detangler is beyond expectations and the customer service of the team at the Market Street are the bomb!! Keep it up you'll!!

I'm a super last minute person so it's hard for me to make appointments weeks ahead of time for certain things. This being said, the convenience of booking online and getting an appointment quickly was a huge plus for me. My appointment started on time and everyone was nice. I did schedule for a glaze which the girl apparently forgot to do (she just did my roots) so they sent me home with the glaze to do for free at home. I'm not sure how anyone had a bad experience. Kind and helpful staff. All very knowledgeable. I don't think there was a single stylist that didn't say hello or ask me if I needed anything. Great location (park on the HEB side of Market Street). Clean and upbeat salon.

Madison Reed it works for me. I have to color my hair twice per month. I save money with the subscription and I had never had a problem with the appointments. NNN colors for grey hair full coverage.

I truly enjoyed my experience this last time Maddison Reed. I got a ballyage. And it turned out amazing, I have very thick hair so my poor girl had to have eternal patience with me :) I recommend making an early appointment t if possible as they fill up fast but if you make sure you pack patience. These ladies (and a few men ) are working as hard as they can. And you don't want them cutting corners for someone. It was my first time going into the Hair Color Bar and I absolutely loved it! The staff was so friendly and helpful! My hair turned out great! Super happy with the results! And the scalp massage I received along with the Pro Boost Seal treatment was HEAVENLY!!!! I'll definitely be going back!

I have used their products at home and was very satisfied. What a joy to discover they opened a color bar down the road! The color looks great. The option to dry your own hair or have them blow it out saves $$$. I will return

I like to motivate good service. As such, I'd been rating 5 stars for every visit since 04/2021. However, I experienced a bad service on 06/12/21.
