I can't speak to the quality of their work as the staff was not helpful enough to get that far in the process. Came in with my mom to get a color match for her and it didn't appear that any of the ladies working there were interested in helping her out. Not sure how well trained they are in hair color, because as I stated, they wouldn't help us, but seemed like stylists from a Super Cuts/ Sports Clips background. This was a very negative experience for me and my adult daughter. I was 10 minutes early to ensure I am on time. The girls at the front desk ... I don't know how to describe their behavior - I guess the best way to describe it is that they didn't talk to me, just stared at me like maybe they were sleeping with their eyes open... I don't have an issue with Madison Reed but I went to this color bar for a color match and to sign up for the delivery kits for my roots...so got me matched the girl at the front desk said she got me signed up and it would be shipped. A week later I call to check, said my card already had 3 shipments placed on it and could not use that card (which there was no fraud or anything on my statements) so I asked the girl to replace it and she saved the card and has all my information and goes what is the color number...i thought y... read more

I called and booked my appointment late last week for Friday morning at 10:00 for a 2 hour light works treatment and a blow out after. Friday is my only day off work and I was so excited since I haven't had my hair done in over a year, plus I have a special event to attend later today. Don't trust them to do good balayage highlights. The blending was trash my hair looked good when I left the shop but when I got back home and styled it with my products and actually looked at it the color came out so patchy. The front piece came out blonde on top and dark on the bottom. Not cute. Really disappointed.
