I am compelled to write after reading these positive reviews. This was first time at the salon Pros Space is beautifully laid out , airy and bright Salon is clean , maintaining all the safety standards Sydney who put the color on was very professional . Their products are good Cons Very understaffed only one person to shampoo your hair , which means you will go pase your time in processing your color The person shampooing completely got my whole blouse soaked , did not apologize, she said would help me blow dry my ... read more

I got to experience it for free by being one of the first guests to sign up when they first opened up. The product line is really good. It doesn't stink and my color lasted a long time and was easier to manage. There's a box subscription service you can sign up for or you can buy it a la carte. They take a pic of your hair and suggest a color. I didn't like the colors they suggested so asked for a different color. It was comfortable sitting and getting my hair dyed but I wasn't offered any beverages like other guests. The co... read more

Well let me say my hair was a MESS before I came in. The last stylist I had dye my hair did not use a quality brand, so the color did not last past 1 wash AND I had a bad reaction! SO, with all that said Kaitlynn at Madison Reed really saved the day. She was patient and attentive to my needs, and I truly appreciated that she saw the note about my sensitivity to PPD found in some hair dyes. Had a great first time experience at the color bar! I typically don't go into the salon for hair coloring but our wonderful community leader Farah gave us an opportunity to experience it! I already had my hair dyed and asked if this was okay. The kind lady over the phone told me they will try to match my roots with it. When I checked in, I had to wait a bit because they were so busy. This is my first time getting my hair dyed - let alone highlights and they did a pretty good job considering that! Once they got to me I had a nice experience and had the opportunity to really get to know the staff! They made sure my color was perfect and subtle - just the way I wanted it!
