I didn't received the service because my appointment was at 10:15 and I arrived 10:24., I'm very disappointed, I don't live here, I come every 2 or three months and I start the membership every time I arrive to the woodlands and I cancel it every time I come back to my country, so in this time I arrive on may 15, start the membership have my first visit to color my hair and I I was supposed to have may second and last service before returning to my country today but unfortunally I arrived 9 minutes late and my appointment... read more

These are the absolute worst highlights I have ever had. The color was way too blond and after the highlights were finished the stylist but a very blond toner over the top. When I walked out my hair looked Barbie blond and there was no evidence of highlights.

My name is Soto. I've been coming to this location long time now. I mean the location in but due to management this place change far they don't train their people of the person are looking angry mean, and very rude. The only person always treat me, right. I went for full color and blow out. I wanted to match my natural hair color, which is dark brown but the color they matched me with looks black! The colorist originally suggested an even darker shade but I insisted on a lighter one, and even that shade looks so dark! I didn't like it. I also paid for a blow out and the woman that did it burned my scalp like 5 times! I told her and she said, I'm sorry. But now my scalp hurts in different places! I didn't have the best experience here. While they attended to me quickly at first, I ended up waiting for over an hour with no follow-up. Unfortunately, after my visit, my hair felt dry and brittle, and I began noticing significant hair loss. Because of this, I don't think I'll be returning or using their products again.

I love coloring my own hair with the Madison Reed color line. My hair always feels great after. I recently went to have my hair colored at the Woodlands location and I have mixed reviews on my experience. I loved the stylist. She was very warm, welcoming, and did a good job. I did not know after your hair is washed, they take you to a mirror and open a drawer full of brushes and blow dryers. Do NOT GO HERE. I showed the colorist a picture of myself with the EXACT COLOR I wanted. Wrong. Kaitlin put ash in what was supposed to be a light golden blonde. I came out an ashy brunette. Also upon reflection, I realized that there were no beauticians licenses posted anywhere in this shop. One other thing, when coloring your hair, you are not placed before a mirror, had I been, I immediately would have KNOWN, THE COLOR WAS WRONG. Horrible experience. I had an appointment at 5:30. At 5:20 i called the customer service to let them know I was stuck behind an accident. I held for over 20 minutes and hung up as I pulled into the parking lot. I walked in at 5:43 and waited a good 5 minutes before I was greeted. The receptionist with a very snarky attitude said "our policy doesn't let us take anyone after 10 minutes because it will put others behind." Horrible customer service. Instead she could have said we can do color but may not have time to for extras.... read more

Had an appointment at 9:00am. Drove 1.5 hours to come only to find the place closed and the store hours labeled as opening at 10:00am. I left at 9:10am and came back at 9:45am and shocked to see the place full. I asked the lady what time they open and she said 9:00am. I told her I was here at 9:00am and she said she was here 2 minutes before 9:00am. Talk about lying and gaslighting. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! They did not accommodate not apologize. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
