This is my 4th visit. I returned cause I liked it. Tonight was another story. Service was so poor that I watched people leave for not being greeted at a table in a timely fashion. Service was as poor fo me. My greeting was delayed, drinks slow to come, appetizer wrong. When brought to the go correct it. She proceeded to the register and do other chores while I was left sitting staring at her as she did NOT attempt to correct the order. At that point, enough is enough- walked out. Too bad.

I have been there twice in the last month and the first time was great, our bartender James was very friendly and attentive. Food was okay, pretty much what you'd expect from a chain restaurant. The second time was last night, the food was decent, however, the service was horrible. It started out with our bartender pouring prosecco in a white wine glass, I didn't care about that.
