I'm not sure how to rate Maggies,me and my wife got seated and that was the end of the experience nobody every came back,although staff walked by us numerous times. If I have to get your attention I'm better off going someplace else. Wake up guys!

Me and my boyfriend have gone here 2 separate times...the first time the waitress wasn't attentive to our table at all and would go over the the table diagonal from ours and just wouldn't come over. She never even asked if our food was good. We had to search for her and flag her down to get our bill so we could leave. This visit was during lunchtime so I thought "hey it's probably just because it's busier" so I didn't get annoyed by this. Last night 4 of my friends and I came to drink and eat. It took more than a half hour till we got our drinks. While we were waiting a manager walked by and said he'd take care of it. He disappeared, never to return. Our waiter mumbled something about the bartender being very backed up. Finally got our drinks - one of my friends ordered Chardonnay and got Reisling. This place is a no go. We got here and the server brought us to the table place down the menus and just walked away. We got to order and they brought us breadsticks. The breadsticks took 15 minutes to come out and were as hard as a rock. We asked to recieve new ones when our food arrived. The pizza we got tasted and felt like microwave pizza and was caked with flour at the bottom. The salads also had absolutely no dressing at all on them. I usually love their food. This time I ordered delivery and was disappointed. French onion soup was too dense and salty. I felt I was served the leftovers from the previous week. Jambalaya had the condiments and seafood under a pile of white rice just thrown on top. Once I blended in, flavor was okay. I hope it was just the experience this time. I plan on going back when the pandemic is over. In the meantime, no take out for a while.

Was sooooo excited to finally grab dinner and and a drink at Maggie's. Bartenders were the bomb. Friendly, funny. Was SHOCKED to see the line cooks with their masks below their chins and the manager expediting the food doing same. Watch out Maggie...DOH around the corner.

I felt the need to post this to tell everyone my experience at Maggie McFlys in Albany tonight. Tonight was the first time my friends and I have eaten out since the pandemic started. One of the people in my party ordered a wedge salad, after eating half of the salad, this was tucked away underneath the entire salad. What a bummer! I've been ordering takeout occasionally during COVID times to support food businesses. I decided to try out this restaurant because the menu was so diverse! I would say it's comparable to Cheesecake Factory. I put in a dinner order and selected a few items. Fast forward... Had lunch today, March 12, 2020. We started with appetizer coconut shrimp. the shrimp was mostly coating and small. the coconut sauce was thin and runny. I ordered lamb gyro and my husband ordered steak and chicken fajita the lamb gyro was presented nicely but the lamb was very small rectangle thin pieces although tender very dry.
