First time visiting. Our waiter was very nice. The atmosphere was decent but the food was just ok. Also the silverware was extremely dirty. I wasn't wowed by anything. The menu is pretty big so you're bound to find something to eat, options weren't the problem the value and flavor of the food is. This place was extremely rude to my friends and me, making us wait 20+ minutes to serve some of us and deny others. The bartender was less than polite. I'm very disappointed because Ive dined there many times and had better experiences, but I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
Have been to the Albany location quite a few times while shopping at the mall. Food is mediocre, always sit for 10+ minutes waiting for a server to come to the table. After tonight I will never return. We waited close to an hour for four lite fares. There was hair in one of the parties dinner and the manager took the plate away with no apologies, almost as though it was a regular occurrence and she was used to it. Service was good. Food wasn't that great. No flavor and I had bacon on my burger. You would think I would at least tasted that. Not worth the price that's for sure.

The service was good and very nice waiters. That was sadly the only thing they had to offer. The food was repulsive and tasted like 4 week old heated up left overs. The chicken wings were undercooked, the clam chowder was dirty dish water with chewy "clams", the tacos were trash, and my stomach is in pain. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Maggie is cruel

Have to say I have never wrote a bad review however this is the first. The food was hardly good enough for our dog. Only one order correct out of four at the tables . The service was atrocious. Will not be back and don't recommend.

I made a Yelp account just for this. The waitress got the order of a plain cheeseburger wrong and argued, "No, you didn't say cheeseburger because I would've written it down that way." Cold cheese was then brought out instead of admitting to and replacing a literal cheeseburger which was also not plain. Keep in mind this was a $16 burger that sat on the table and went in a box 5 minutes after it was ordered so it was clear that the order was incorrect and that we weren't thrilled with our meal being written down wrong . After going to the movies, my wife and I stopped in to Maggie McFly's for a bite to eat. The menu was huge, perhaps overly ambitious. We ordered Deviled Eggs and Avocado Toast for starters and both dishes were very good, but everything went downhill from there. Labor shortages, understaffed restaurants, I get it. But why would you sit the full restaurant with not enough people? Waiting to half an hour just to order food is unacceptable. Unfortunately, not coming back here again.
