Service was good. Food wasn't that great. No flavor and I had bacon on my burger. You would think I would at least tasted that. Not worth the price that's for sure.

The service was good and very nice waiters. That was sadly the only thing they had to offer. The food was repulsive and tasted like 4 week old heated up left overs. The chicken wings were undercooked, the clam chowder was dirty dish water with chewy "clams", the tacos were trash, and my stomach is in pain. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Maggie is cruel

Have to say I have never wrote a bad review however this is the first. The food was hardly good enough for our dog. Only one order correct out of four at the tables . The service was atrocious. Will not be back and don't recommend.

I made a Yelp account just for this. The waitress got the order of a plain cheeseburger wrong and argued, "No, you didn't say cheeseburger because I would've written it down that way." Cold cheese was then brought out instead of admitting to and replacing a literal cheeseburger which was also not plain. After going to the movies, my wife and I stopped in to Maggie McFly's for a bite to eat. The menu was huge, perhaps overly ambitious. We ordered Deviled Eggs and Avocado Toast for starters and both dishes were very good, but everything went downhill from there. Labor shortages, understaffed restaurants, I get it. But why would you sit the full restaurant with not enough people? Waiting to half an hour just to order food is unacceptable. Unfortunately, not coming back here again.

My wife has Celiac Disease and we have been eating at Maggie McFly's Albany store in Crossgates Mall since it opened because of her dietary restrictions. OK food OK service. More food. Extensive menu, with almost too many choices. Server wasn't quite sure of a lot of the things on the menu when questions were asked. This place really went downhills. I wanted to give this place one more try so I went with my mom on a Sunday afternoon. We were seated in a round booth by the bar for 20 mins and nobody came by to ask us what we wanted to drink, and out of no where the host came to us and asked us to sit somewhere else.
