Ordered medium well burgers got raw burgers. Server showed up later said ohh sorry trouble in kitchen lately gave me a couple bucks off but no lunch as it was raw meat Lesson learned not going back

Dinner sandwiches were fine. What wasn't was the fly that came with our takeout order! How do you lock a fly in the container? Won't go back.

I've ordered 3 times. 1st time was ok. 2nd and 3rd time terrible. I'm a picky eater. But I do expect you to accommodate simple things. First time I ordered I had the wrong sandwich. Chicken yes but I ordered buffalo and was given blackened. It was a pickup order and the manager was able to accommodate but I had to wait 15 extra minutes. All while the rest of the order got cold. My husband and I sat at the bar and had our drink and food orders in fairly quickly, so things started off well. My husband had to ask three times just to get a glass of water -- not ideal, but we let it slide. The food was decent, though a bit overpriced for what it was. The real issue was the service. I came in so hungry.. left disappointed! I stopped in on a cold /rainy day and really wanted a bowl of hot chowder.. fail... my chowder came room temp at best. Do you know how nasty cold soup is when expecting hot..gross.. i also ordered a NY strip cooled medium and steamed sweet potatoes. The sweet potatoes were really good. a bunch of racists bitches especially the manager I ordered on the actual website not through door dash they charged my card twice but gave me one of my orders I showed them that I have 2 confirmation emails she still told me she wasn't giving me a refund nor would she make the other order I have to reorder from the same website that never put my order through the first time and still charged me ... unbelievable I will never eat at this establisment again
Stopped in for lunch and weee seated immediately. Server took our drink orders and left us to go through the massive menu. Menu has everything you could ever want given its size . Actually too much to digest in one sitting. Not a great experience. The only reason I might return in the french onion soup. The restaurant is located across from the hotel so it was very convenient and I was quickly seated and offered a menu. Not crowded by any means. Plenty of empty tables and seats at the bar. Eventually the bartender came by and took my drink order. (Not a huge selection of beers I drink). A ruben sandwich for almost $19? Looked like it should have been $8.95, not even good. If you order a cobb salad they always leave off the avocado. Haven't been here in a while, hasn't changed still hit or miss.
