I'm eating at this restaurant right now. I'm sitting at the bar and the bartender immediately had a horrible attitude. She has no name tag so I can't give a warning name. I asked if a certain appetizer was big enough for a meal (they commonly are) and her response was I don't know the size of your stomach so I don't know. I asked if the edamame had sea salt on it? I have been here plenty of times but now I remember why we haven't been back. the service was poor. the server forgot about part of our food and when she brought the rest of it the chicken skewers were undercooked. then she has a nerve to charge over $10 for 3 tiny undercooked skewers. she forgot the sauce as well. no water at the table and didn't bother to ask for 2nd drinks. we go out too eat often and are generous tippers but tonight was a disappointing. if you forget something that's ok we are humans but fix it. ... read more
So this is our story . We are not a young couple. We stopped for a meal on a Sunday the place was slammed. I understand we waited 40 minutes for a server lol not even a water so we left. Not happy. I get it very busy ok. We decided to try again omg. Friday afternoon slow not to busy perfect! We sat and waited 15 to 20 minutes not one server stopped by? Well, I would love to have given them a five star but I walked in sat at the bar where they were three other customers, the bar was dirty with dishes and plates from previous customers so I cleared me a spot and sat down after I found me a menu decided I was going to get some delicious food and the bartender continue to walk past me for the next 10 minutes without offering me a drink, appetizer or at least an opportunity to order anything. My family went to McFly's for the first time on Sunday. The Decor was very good but the dinner was far from great. The Lobster Cob salad was not as advertised. In New England when you say lobaster it means Maine or at least cold water lobster from the North East. They advertised Lobster tails, claws etc in the salad ,...none of the above. The said there would be eggs and blue cheese, ...none of that as well. Needless to say it was not worth the money and effort the go there.
This was my first time at Maggie McFlys and probably my last. Sadly service was extremely slow even though it was not busy. It took 20 minutes to get our 1st drinks and anither 45 to get to order another round. 2nd round only came after we went to the bar (bartender had to find our server) The menu was far too big that it was overwhelming. our server jennifer wanted nothing to do with us, empty restaurant and it took over 30 minutes for two entrees and 15 minutes for a soda refill that came out in a glass pitcher and got poured into our already watered down soda no thanks. food was ok.

I came in with my friend and we were harassed by both of the managers Carrie and Maria the whole night. They walked around and watched us the entire night and kept checking the tab to make sure we paid for everything and mad me feel uncomfortable the whole night as if I was being racially profiled. I will NEVER be back to Maggie's again in my life after my experience tonight. DO BETTER!
