dont go here unless you want your money taken after tipping well and get cut off because they are "not comfortable" serving you because of a "previous incident"....I work too hard for my money and we were not being obnoxious...if you serve the public you better be comfortable serving your customers...I will not spend my money at this over rated inflated business ever again...explain that to your regional manager

We're sitting in Maggie McFly's right now. It's 630 Friday evening March 15, 2024. I will never come back here again. They totally are disrespectful. My husband ordered a Ruben. It was chunks of corn beef. I had a taco which had no flavor. The rice was all stuck together, and it was not a good flavor. $71 for food and drinks for two people totally not worth it. We complain to the manager who absolutely did nothing but tell us to come in and spend another $70 and try our luck again and I'm not willing to spend that wheel... read more

I've given this place a couple of try's. Horrible service at the bar. Attempted to order more food after apps and the bar tender never came back. Canned drink from the cooler was warm. Overall a poor and disappointing experience. Can't blame it on a single group of servers. The place was not busy. It's the culture of restaurant. Sadly I won't be back. Stay away, there are better options in Glastonbury.

I ordered their Macaroni & Cheese for take out. I literally never write reviews but this food was complete garbage, no care was put into it at all. One bite was more than enough. I thought the restaurant's atmosphere looked nice enough and would have considered returning BEFORE I TRIED THE FOOD! Nope. $22 and time wasted to pick and utlimately discard this drek.

I'm not a fan of this place, even tho the staff is amazing. The food is not great. I'm sorry! I only came because of the gluten free meals they offer here for kids. My niece has a special diet so it's "alright" to her tasting.

We had a fairly large, boisterous group in for some food and drink. Our waitress was pretty patient with us and we ran her around pretty good. When we got our bill, it stated that groups of 8 would get a service charge (gratuity) added in. I perused our bill and did not see the service charge at the bottom by the total. I figured they forgot and started figuring out the bill and added in the gratuity. First off - who approved the menu design? It was the stupidest thing I have ever seen. All the pages were falling out and it was hard to use. I gave up and pulled up the menu on my phone. The food was hit and miss. The calamari was way over cooked and was really very close to tasteless battered rubber bands. Others in the party were okay with what they had, but not impressed. Took an hour and a half for food. People were getting served before us despite coming in after us. One employee told us he'd bring the manager over...manager never came unless it was the random person that didn't introduce themselves and showed up right as we were gathering our things and boxing our food so we could leave. They just said, "well I hope you come back and hopefully next time it will be better." What the actual,,,,If I could I would rate 0. Terrible. Bill was $109. Had one wonderful service experience & one very bad with Kesli. Many others on here love her, but she didn't like me & I don't know why as I tipped her very well. She verbally insulted me after I paid the bill. Otherwise ... Good food, wonderful ambience. Just won't be back
