My son and I came here early on a Friday afternoon in anticipation of a packed restaurant. We were promptly seated with only a few tables taken. We waited for about 15 minutes before we finally saw a server appear. In that time a few other tables were seated. To be frank, I would have stayed had the server taken the time to figure out who had been waiting the longest. Instead she started taking orders for a 6-person table.

We've dined here a couple of times, and every time I'm disappointed. The food is prepared poorly -- slopped together. The bartenders have no experience (they'll hand you a can or bottle, without offering a glass), and demonstrate no commitment to their work. The inside of the restaurant has ZERO ambiance. Nothing on the walls, or any decorative touches. This place is a sub-quality diner with a 16 page menu the short order cooks have never seen. I had the turkey dinner. Yuck. Went here with a group after work. Didn't want to drink. Service was slow. And then they charged me for a soda water... off the gun... As in I paid for bubbles in water. I'm flabbergasted.

Arrived at 12:15pm and we were seated pretty quickly. At 12:20pm we put in our drink order with the server for 2 margarita flights and 1 sangria flight. 15 mins later, the server comes back to let us know that they only had enough glasses for just the sangria flight, but not the margaritas. This was just bizarre given that the dining area and the bar were not even full and it was still pretty early in the afternoon for them to not have glasses washed and ready to be served. First and last time we'll visit. Went last night (Wednesday) for dinner. It did not seem crowded at all. Took a while for the waiter to come by our table. We quickly ordered the kids pasta with our drinks. Someone else dropped off the "kids pasta" and the waiter was no where to get a refill on my drink. I say "kids pasta" in quotes because I don't know what that was! It looked almost horrifying. It was not the typical color of pasta, and it was about 5-inch long tubes. we had to wait 40 minutes bef someone finally came over to the table.....we ordered drinks.... my husband had the wrong drink. twice..... appetizers came out no plates.... no big deal .... me and my daughter got our drinks finally----- we ordered dinner .... when it finally came .....one grandson didn't get his pizza till we were half way through---dinner...also 4 onion rings came with the burger.... Sent my meal back twice. Bartenders were super nice and drinks were delish. Kitchen needs major time mgmt help with a menu that big. Disappointing.

The last 2 times I have been to this establishment have been extremely disappointing. My friend and I sat at the bar for Happy Hour, we sat there for 10 minutes before being acknowledged, so we moved to a booth. Once seated we waited for another 10 minutes before my friend got up to ask when we would be served. It took over 30 minutes to get a drink and its a good thing we ordered off the menu because Happy Hour was over before we got our dinner. Awful! Worst service experience I've encountered in a long time...staff seemed very put out that we were even here. Brussel sprouts were inedible and when our waitress took our full plate, she didn't even ask if there was a problem. Then French onion soup was brought with no cheese (we had asked for no cheese on our sandwich, so sort of explainable) but when mentioned to our server, rather than just correcting, she felt the need to lecture us on why she made her decision.
