Never made it in. Run by teenagers with no management experience at all!!!!-? We were told 30 min to have a table to feed small hockey team 1 HR later we left hungry and mad!!! Go some where else, please learn from our mistake. Place was only half full at time. So poorly managed!!!

Food had to be sent back as it was not prepared as I asked 2nd delivery was just ok and would have sent it back again but server never came back to ask My drink sat on the bar for 15 min until the server got around to deliver it Brought me the check without asking it I wanted anything else Very loud Lots of flies - that's easy to fix but they weren't interested in knowing how ... I won't go back

So sad to see this place has gone so far downhill. The original locations in Middlebury and Southbury used to be my husband and my go-to spots back when we were still dating years ago. Wow has it changed -- I haven't had a worse meal at a restaurant in many, many years (and I go out to eat at least once or twice a week). My son and I came here early on a Friday afternoon in anticipation of a packed restaurant. We were promptly seated with only a few tables taken. We waited for about 15 minutes before we finally saw a server appear. In that time a few other tables were seated. To be frank, I would have stayed had the server taken the time to figure out who had been waiting the longest. Instead she started taking orders for a 6-person table.

We've dined here a couple of times, and every time I'm disappointed. The food is prepared poorly -- slopped together. The bartenders have no experience (they'll hand you a can or bottle, without offering a glass), and demonstrate no commitment to their work. The inside of the restaurant has ZERO ambiance. Went here with a group after work. Didn't want to drink. Service was slow. And then they charged me for a soda water... off the gun... As in I paid for bubbles in water. I'm flabbergasted.

Arrived at 12:15pm and we were seated pretty quickly. At 12:20pm we put in our drink order with the server for 2 margarita flights and 1 sangria flight. 15 mins later, the server comes back to let us know that they only had enough glasses for just the sangria flight, but not the margaritas. This was just bizarre given that the dining area and the bar were not even full and it was still pretty early in the afternoon for them to not have glasses washed and ready to be served. First and last time we'll visit. Went last night (Wednesday) for dinner. It did not seem crowded at all. Took a while for the waiter to come by our table. We quickly ordered the kids pasta with our drinks. Someone else dropped off the "kids pasta" and the waiter was no where to get a refill on my drink.
