Sent my meal back twice. Bartenders were super nice and drinks were delish. Kitchen needs major time mgmt help with a menu that big. Disappointing.
The last 2 times I have been to this establishment have been extremely disappointing. My friend and I sat at the bar for Happy Hour, we sat there for 10 minutes before being acknowledged, so we moved to a booth. Once seated we waited for another 10 minutes before my friend got up to ask when we would be served. It took over 30 minutes to get a drink and its a good thing we ordered off the menu because Happy Hour was over before we got our dinner. The same thing happened last week when I took my daughter there. Af... read more
Awful! Worst service experience I've encountered in a long time...staff seemed very put out that we were even here. Brussel sprouts were inedible and when our waitress took our full plate, she didn't even ask if there was a problem. Then French onion soup was brought with no cheese (we had asked for no cheese on our sandwich, so sort of explainable) but when mentioned to our server, rather than just correcting, she felt the need to lecture us on why she made her decision. I ordered lunch Greek salad and was brought dinne... read more
The dinner I chose, roasted turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing was just aweful. Couldn't eat it and the waitress just offered to bring out another side, so I chose white rice. Couldn't eat that either. In the past I tried their pasta, but it was just okay and very expensive for the amount given. It is just so hit and miss on the service and food that I won't be going back
If you have severe allergies, be very wary here. This is a tough review to write, because everyone else at my table loved their meals, yet I wasn't able to eat mine. We came in on the late side because of a delayed flight into Bradley, but this restaurant was chosen by local family members because the menu was extensive and seemed to have quite a few allergy-friendly choices (I am severely allergic to dairy, gluten, and egg, but am pretty adept at navigating that while eating out). I ordered a usually safe choice for me--tac... read more
The place was empty. Yet they put me mar the kitchen listening to plates and pans loudly clinking. The music was loud. They messed up my gluten free order. I had to double check. Had it sent back. Fries were cold and chewy. Never had chewy fries before. Service inattentive.
Do NOT waste your time at this location. Go the one in Manchester. We figured we try this location because we've been pleased with the one in Manchester -big mistake. My husband, myself and our infant went on a Saturday, at 3:45pm, and were seated outside right away. The inside was empty. After 20 minutes of no a acknowledgment from any staff I went to the host stand to let them know we hadn't even been greeted by a waiter. It was another 5 minutes before anyone came to our table. We ordered 2 cocktails, an app and our ent... read more
Screwed up my order wouldn't make good on it! Had 5 people come to my table to take order food was terrible
If I could give 0 stars, I would. The food and the service were terrible. The "fresh turkey" was smoked processed turkey breast and the salmon ($24.00) was tiny and burned to a crisp. The corn medley side reminded me of high school cafeteria fare. Our waitress was non existent and appeared once after dropping our meals and disappearing. Added to this disaster of a meal was a little kid in a nearby booth who threw a temper tantrum and shrieked during our entire meal. I complained about it when we sat down yet it continued at ... read more
