filet was terrible over cooked and I can't even believe this is a filet I don't believe it, so tough.

Food was overcooked and dry, didn't have what I originally ordered which is probably for the best because it would have been horrible, how can you screw up French fries???

I ordered a chicken dish chicken marsala. It was awful I sent it back because I just couldn't even eat it and then I ordered a bowl of French onion soup that came out cold so I sent that back and did not order anything else from the menu because of two previous orders.

Should get 0 stars my wife and I are there today very slow service only about 8 people in the place and still slow service I got a pulled pork sandwich and I'm telling you it was the most salty thing I have ever ate in 53 years we complained about it and they didn't even take it off the bill I didn't eat it I guess with only 8 people in the restaurant they figured they needed all the money could get very slow service terrible food and I would never recommend this place ever

Great service. Great atmosphere. Food is terrible. I ordered a Cuban sandwich which was not even close to being even a remote interpretation of the real deal. My wife ordered a Reuben "well toasted". It came soggy. Really? We never send food back but we sent this back. Got it re-toasted but at that point it was just a mess. In addition, the sweet potato fries were the worst we ever had. Won't be back.

The UnHappy Hour Don't bother having a Happy Hour if you are not going to try. I tried the $7 Calamari, and the Buffalo Chicken bites. I received 14 rings on a couple of pieces of lettuce. It was just sad. They were on the dry side and only had an (oddly) spiced marina sauce to accompany them. The chicken was not was mouse nor tasty as the giant bag of buffalo chicken at Sam's club. The beers were fine, but not properly discounted. The service was indifferent. I can't imagine ever going back.

Mediocre food, terrible service. The menu is a unnecessary 25 page book. The lamb gyro is embarrassing and should be removed from the 25 page menu. Ordered a drink that never came. Will not return.

Been coming here for years, and this past experience was by far the worst restaurant experience I have ever had, definitely will not be returning after this. My buddy and I come in, looks fairly quiet but steady, its 7:30pm and we get sat after about 5 mins. We look over our menus and it took about 15-20 minutes to be greeted, we were about to leave but our waiter came up to us with a positive and friendly attitude and apologized for the wait. Terrible experience! Went with family on July 1st. It was 90 degrees out. Their aircon was not working. No posted signs or mention of it when we were seated. We thought we were still hot from outside, ordered tall beers and lemonade for the kids. After ordering food, we asked and was informed that the A/C has been out all day and maybe all week.
