My friend and I went to Maggie's last Thursday just to get some drinks. We ordered Azul tequila as well as Patron Reposada- both a double shot. When the bartender handed us the patron reposado I was immediately confused because it was clear, when it should be light brown. I thought maybe it was a little bit lighter because they had shaken it with ice. Once I tasted it, I immediately knew it was not Patron Reposada. I told the bartender, but she assured me it was. Hi Jenn, I want to apologize for your poor experience regarding the tequila you had. We do not alter our alcohol in any way, how it is delivered to us is how it is served. Occasionally, when you do reach the bottom of the bottle, tequila can look and taste differently than opposed to a freshly opened bottle. I am sorry that this was handled poorly and we will use this as a learning tool on how to better handle these types of situations in the future.

We felt like an inconvenience since the moment we stepped in your place. Interesting stretch of the truth. That's not even close to what he actually said. After being standing there. Waiting to be seated even after having a reservation..She is lying to you about what actually happened to save her skin from a bad customer service.

Our manager stated to you and your party that she was going upstairs to check to see if there was a table for you. At this point, a male in your party said, "Yeah, you better do your f*****g job." I've stopped going there because every time there's something wrong. This last time I went with my family after a funeral. There were four of us. Three meals cane and the fourth was pretty late. When I asked about it the waitress said she just found out that they were out of it. Sometimes I had an alright meal but it was at someone else's expense. I've never been at a table that got the correct food in an acceptable time.

I've been coming here almost every since they carried the impossible burger. The pretzel bun is good as well as the fries. For the last month or so, I've called a few times and they have been out of it. The last two times I've ordered this burger, the patty looked much different (very small about half the size of the bun) and shaped like a hockey puck. In between, we have been replacing it with another plant-based burger, the Beyond Burger. So I come here once in a while. But I've never went on a Saturday evening, and I'll never do That again especially if I'm Hungry. If I didn't get an appetizer I would've waited for my food 1hr and 15 mins. My appetizer came in after 35 mins and no refill on water in the whole 2 hours i was there, thank god I had a water bottle and Good thing I ordered wine. After years of over salted and underperforming, I'm officially done with this place. The food is below average but convenient for a family looking for a quick meal. But the constant poor service and less than friendly attitude from the staff and the bar and tables have finally convinced me never to return. Took my two daughters to Maggie McFly's tonight and sat at our table for 13 minutes with no sign of a server in sight. Two waitresses passed our table multiple times. I was very disappointed with my lunch today!... no tartar sauce with my fish and chips?.... that's a sin to a good restaurant. The coleslaw was packed with the hot fish and ff it melted the mayo and make the cabbage saggy and warm with no crunchiness touch. The two stars are for the fish that was ok, nothing special.

This place is terrible, I've been here 3 times and the service is always terrible. However my daughter in-law loves it and we decided to bring her for her birthday. We made reservations in advance but when we got here the hostess said she gave our reservations to someone else and there nothing they could do. They then put us on the waiting list where we waited for 30 minutes. We complained to the manager who shrugged and said "sorry". Way way way too pricey. A corned beef and cabbage dinner @ 18.95.thats a cheap meal to make, it's not like its seafood or a good steak.
