The Middlebury location has seriously gone so down hill within the past year. Every single time I've ordered from here within the past year something is ALWAYS wrong and missing items, and will not refund for it. Their new staff seems untrained. I am a vegetarian and specified this and my order still came with meat, luckily i noticed before i bit into it. Save your time and money and go to the Southbury location.

Did an online order on Mothers Day for curbside pickup due to the Covid virus, placed my order and asked for a 6pm pickup, never got my order until 7pm ( I get it, it was Mothers Day ) by the time I got home, the food was cold ( I live 10 minutes away ) Ordered Baked stuff shrimp and it was the worst I ever had, disgusting, most of it went in the trash along with my Cesar Salad, asked for Cesar Salad dressing and I am not sure what they gave me. The rest of my order was so so. A waste of 58.00

Really disappointed. Trying to support local restaurants. Ordered online at 6:10 and my son got there at 6:50, 5 minutes before the earliest time to order was supposed to be ready. Someone came out to his car THREE TIMES to ask his name. We didn't get food until 7:40. By the time he drove the 15 minutes home, it was completely cold.

I can't believe how downhill this place has gone. For 10 employees to be walking around while dirty plates are left on tables, and food and old receipts remain all over the floor for over an hour is inexcusable. Can't begin to even describe the experience here. Horrible callous bartender probably one of the rudest I have ever encountered. We had originally planned to stay for dinner but had to leave. What is funny is I recommended this place to the group I was with as years back when I lived in the area I was here two nights a week. Now having moved back gotta find someplace else. I have multiple concerns about the décor of this establishment. Columns of granite at the entrance lead you to believe that this may be a five star restaurant, but then upon entering, you find a large tiki bar framed by two large palm trees. Cool? Not the best service. The menu is too big as it takes forever to flip through. The food is very over priced. I would say just to go for the drinks, but the last time I went the bar was dirty. Instead of cleaning it, the bartender just put napkins down. It's too bad because there really aren't too many options in the area, unless you go downtown.

I ordered a cauliflower crust pizza. It was 18$ and what I got was a 9" inch tiny cold pizza (wasn't even kept war for us to pick up) and the crust wasn't even made with cauliflower. Disappointing.

You know I wish I could give this place more stars. Compared to the other destinations, the original is severely lacking in flavor. Ordered chicken Marsala from Middlebury Maggie's tonight.
