I have multiple concerns about the décor of this establishment. Columns of granite at the entrance lead you to believe that this may be a five star restaurant, but then upon entering, you find a large tiki bar framed by two large palm trees. Cool? A surprise Polynesian motif. Not quite what I was expecting, but wait--are those Native North American totem poles serving as pillars to the balcony? Not the best service. The menu is too big as it takes forever to flip through. The food is very over priced. I would say just to go for the drinks, but the last time I went the bar was dirty. Instead of cleaning it, the bartender just put napkins down. It's too bad because there really aren't too many options in the area, unless you go downtown.

I ordered a cauliflower crust pizza. It was 18$ and what I got was a 9" inch tiny cold pizza (wasn't even kept war for us to pick up) and the crust wasn't even made with cauliflower. Disappointing.

Hi JC, I'm sorry that you didn't enjoy the Margherita Pizza with cauliflower crust. I can see in the photo, that it is most definitely our cauliflower crust option. It does taste very similar to regular pizza crust, which does make it a great alternative to regular crust, but it does shrink a bit more when put into the oven to cook. The Margherita is a specialty pizza and adding the cauliflower crust is an additional charge. You know I wish I could give this place more stars. Compared to the other destinations, the original is severely lacking in flavor. Ordered chicken Marsala from Middlebury Maggie's tonight. I first had it at the Buckland Mall location and it was fantastic! They even gave breadsticks with the meal. Expecting the same meal quality in Middlebury location and was disappointed. Middlebury Conn. I really wanted to like this restaurant. It has great atmosphere but I was so disappointed in service and food. There was an unmanned hostess station when we arrived but we were happy to sit at the bar. My husband ordered a Budweiser and the bottle gushed out when bartender opened it/ cooler could be too cold. Was there last night some what busy waited 25 min for a $12.50 martini that was room temperature in a snifter glass . Ordered the rib eye Oscar style and ended up with a NY strip that had a intense ammonia smell from the decomposing crab meat that was on top of a awful broken hollandaise sauce . To add my sautéed broccoli never came out . When I asked for a manger I got a eye roll from a overwhelmed server . If I could give them less than 1 star I would. They have the worst customer service. We should have left them the guy who took our drink order said I'll get your drinks so you won't die of thirst. We patiently waited as several waitresses passed our table without even making eye contact. after 40 minutes we left cash on the table for drinks and walked out. NEVER TO RETURN.

Went for my grandmas birthday with my mom and aunts. Didn't realize this could be worse than their Brookfield location! Server basically ignored us, 4 empty glasses, didn't see her until we were finished with our entrees, and had to ask for refills! My aunts pizza came out cold and we were half way done with our food before the manager even came out with the reheated pizza. My mom was then served COLD coffee! I've tried coming here on 4 different occasions because before I make a review I like to give the benefit of the doubt. I have received horrible service every time I went. For some reason the servers forget that people need utensils to eat. The food has never been anything close to a big deal. Do not order the nachos because they're horrible..
