Middlebury Conn. I really wanted to like this restaurant. It has great atmosphere but I was so disappointed in service and food. There was an unmanned hostess station when we arrived but we were happy to sit at the bar. My husband ordered a Budweiser and the bottle gushed out when bartender opened it/ cooler could be too cold. Was there last night some what busy waited 25 min for a $12.50 martini that was room temperature in a snifter glass . Ordered the rib eye Oscar style and ended up with a NY strip that had a intense ammonia smell from the decomposing crab meat that was on top of a awful broken hollandaise sauce . To add my sautéed broccoli never came out . When I asked for a manger I got a eye roll from a overwhelmed server . Our managers have assured me that they spoke with you several times about the issues and after remaking the dish, we removed it from your bill. We only use the freshest of ingredients and take our duty to the public in regards to health and safety. We do apologize that it was not up to your expectations or if you did not like the taste, but we did do our very best to accommodate your requests.
If I could give them less than 1 star I would. They have the worst customer service. We should have left them the guy who took our drink order said I'll get your drinks so you won't die of thirst. We patiently waited as several waitresses passed our table without even making eye contact. after 40 minutes we left cash on the table for drinks and walked out. NEVER TO RETURN.

Went for my grandmas birthday with my mom and aunts. Didn't realize this could be worse than their Brookfield location! Server basically ignored us, 4 empty glasses, didn't see her until we were finished with our entrees, and had to ask for refills! My aunts pizza came out cold and we were half way done with our food before the manager even came out with the reheated pizza. My mom was then served COLD coffee! I've tried coming here on 4 different occasions because before I make a review I like to give the benefit of the doubt. I have received horrible service every time I went. For some reason the servers forget that people need utensils to eat. The food has never been anything close to a big deal. Do not order the nachos because they're horrible.. My friend and I went to Maggie's last Thursday just to get some drinks. We ordered Azul tequila as well as Patron Reposada- both a double shot. When the bartender handed us the patron reposado I was immediately confused because it was clear, when it should be light brown. Hi Jenn, I want to apologize for your poor experience regarding the tequila you had. We do not alter our alcohol in any way, how it is delivered to us is how it is served. Occasionally, when you do reach the bottom of the bottle, tequila can look and taste differently than opposed to a freshly opened bottle. I've stopped going there because every time there's something wrong. This last time I went with my family after a funeral. There were four of us. Three meals cane and the fourth was pretty late. When I asked about it the waitress said she just found out that they were out of it. Sometimes I had an alright meal but it was at someone else's expense. I've never been at a table that got the correct food in an acceptable time.

I've been coming here almost every since they carried the impossible burger. The pretzel bun is good as well as the fries. For the last month or so, I've called a few times and they have been out of it. The last two times I've ordered this burger, the patty looked much different (very small about half the size of the bun) and shaped like a hockey puck.
