I've been here a few times before and have always thought that this is a great restaurant with a lot of options, but the last time there was a huge decline in quality. Before now I probably would have given a 4. I've always really liked the burgers here, and had the wagyu burger last time. It was a little soft (probably because of the wagyu meat) but had a good flavor. I am immediately struck with nostalgia every time I walk through the doors of Maggie's when I smell the wood burning. This institution has been present throughout my life growing up in the area. I even worked here briefly until I dumped a beer on a customer - not good. But I have spent many an evening in the bar in my twenties and thirties- and I have enjoyed bringing my own kids after a day at the lake. Had a bad experience with a take-out order a while back, I must say I had to change my rating to five stars. Since Covid I've been ordering often thru doordash, I always have modifications, sauce requests (Maggie's makes them in-house soo good) and they've improved tremendously, everything is always absolutely perfect!

The food was so delicious and there was something for everyone in our group. The staff was wonderful. We were there after a big storm in which so much of the area was without power and they were still all a delight.

i had the buffalo chicken salad and it was great. The service was really good as well, the waiter and staff were very professional.
The food and drinks were great and the prices are decent no complaint left satisfied!

To whom it may concern, My wife and I were in the area of your Watertown, CT Location and decided to place an order for family meals. We ordered the chicken Romano and bang bang shrimp family meals to feed 7 of us. The phone was answered quickly and we were told 40 minutes. Surprisingly the food came out ten minutes early and we drove home for 20 minutes. Once home we unpacked the food and sat down to an AMAZING meal! It gets three stars because the service is sometimes spotty we did walk out onetime because were seated and did see a server for over 25 minutes. Besides that otherwise I like the larger selection so everyone gets what they want.
Menu has so many options! I visited Wednesday night it wasn't too busy. Sat at the bar, there were two bar tenders working. I started with a margarita flight and was very pleased with the flavors. I then ordered the clam chowder to start and it was phenomenal! For my main meal I chose the calamari... it was extremely disappointing. No flavor and definitely over fried.
