Service is awful. They were not even busy and we couldn't get a server to bring us water. Many servers walked passed us and didn't say anything. Awful

I think this restaurant is best characterized by the phrase "jack of all trades, master of none." They have a gigantic menu, but all the food we had was mediocre. To start, we had the egg roll variety platter and lettuce wraps. I had the Louisiana chicken and a Flirtini. The cocktail was not tasty and the chicken was pretty bland. I had the lemon herb salmon with a baked potato and asparagus my husband had ribs and mac and cheese and chili beans. The salmon and baked potato was microwaved and the lemon sauce they barely had any on the salmon before I started to eat I asked for more lemon sauce they sent it out cold. I told the manager my food was microwave he said yes. And my husband's ribs and Mac and cheese were also. This place is a disaster. 11pm on a Saturday night, less than 10 people at the bar and we couldn't get a drink order in. The bartender flat out told us, he was too busy as he had to make other drinks... Needless to say, we walked out and went next door. If I could leave no stars I would.

Follow up 30 days later.. Nothing ever received from corporate. No call back or apologies for this encounter with Matt and Brian. Believe the other reviews about these two managers and this establishment. Take your hard earned money elsewhere!

Horrible customer service. Very selective with customers. Manager is no help. Workers attitudes suck. Food is okay. Better restaurants in the area

Terrible! From the time we walked in and waited at the front counter to be seated our experience was not pleasant. We were left standing at the front counter while hostesses talked in the back kitchen area to each other after seeing us standing there. Service stunck - had to ask another waiter to please check on our order after waiting almost 30 min. Manager needs to be fired,

BLUF: okay food, but poor service on several levels I have been here twice before and had a mediocre experience each time. This time was actually a little worse. To begin with, we planned to go there for Mother's Day brunch. Looking online, you see the suggestion to make a reservation. So I called to make a reservation only to be told by the woman who answered that they don't take reservations on the weekend. Our server was great but the food was very mediocre for the price we were charged. My father ordered a steak priced at $35 that came with shrimp, asparagus I believe, and rice. The shrimp was very bland, like the cook didn't bother to sprinkle ANY salt or pepper. The steak was super thin, similar to the sirloin steak you find at Waffle House.
