This dealership is not worth doing a deal with. If you decide to work with this horrible dealership, make sure everything that you want is in the deal sheet. Even if multiple people look you in the eye and shake your hand that they'll take care of you on an extra key or whatever it is - make sure to take the time to add it to the deal sheet. Body shop checked my radar sensor and it was ok. The service dept. said the bracket was bent and needed a new sensor with out removing the bumper. What a ripoff!!

I had warning lights on the dash. I was told the computer needed to be reflashed. After paying for the work and picking up my truck after hours, I didn’t even get out of the parking lot before the warning lights began to light up again. I called back a couple of days later and left a message. I have yet to receive a return call from mall of ga Ford. I will try to avoid using mall of ga Ford in the future.

After 4 visits of me tell the service rep there was something wrong with the navigation system, and him telling me there wasn’t...I told him “I bet if my vehicle wasn’t under warranty you’d find a problem”. After they finally added an A-Pim module, it’s now working. Simply not pleased with MOG Ford’s Svc Dept. Will ONLY go back if I have no other options.

We found a non Ford vehicle being sold at this location which is the only reason we came to this dealer. While they were nice initially and the process was smooth- we were promised during negotiation that a second key would be provided to us after the deal. I’ve called 4 times, emailed 3 times and no response to where the second key is. If they were men of their word- they would have taken care of this by now. I already responded that my experience was terrible. Your service manager - nice guy. Mechanic - not so good. Have wasted a lot of time back n forth.
Bought my car certified used back in Feb 2020. Have taken the car in a few times for service and was promised a Full detail since it wasn't done on the day of purchase. Each time I picked the car up we were told they didn't get to detail it again! Disappointing! Also, we have had issues on and off with the navigation system not syncing with our phones and apps not always working (Intermittently).
