Service Drop the vehicle whit check engine light off Pick up whit check engine light on. Because I didn’t fix the car there (replace spark plugs) they let check engine light on even it was of when I dropped.(Other wise I can’t understand why they left that light on) Thank you

Misdiagnosis and no follow through to fix my truck F150 truck was leaking water through sunroof. Had to wait a week for “leak experts” to be there. They stated the leak experts only were available 1 day/week. After finally getting truck looked at, they stated a $1,300 repair and 3 days to order parts. 2 weeks later no one ever called me back so I called them. Issue with transmission My husband and I have bought and serviced two cars at Mall of Georgia Ford. Our current truck is only six years old and needs a new transmission. We reached out to Mall of Georgia Ford with no help and also reached out to Ford motor company. I don’t feel a car that is that young should need a new transmission. Transmission problem with clicking noise I’ve been in three times and heard still clank when going from park to drive and drive to reverse etc etc. I’m now getting put off until 4 qtr or 1st gtr of next year due to a chip that hasn’t been made to repair problem. NOT ACCEPTABLE

I’ve bought my last Ford ever Bought a 2015 Ford a year ago and transmission went out with no warning— you wanted to fix it for $5000, Ford would not help at all, got it fixed elsewhere for $2000. Why is Ford making a transmission that only lasts 4 years/107,000 miles? And then not stand by their product. I’ve always owned a Ford- no more.

Stay away from this dealer! They do not granted the rebates or interest prices, also make you give your car as a trade in in order to “qualify” for the CERO % with Ford Credit. If I could return the unit I do, WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!

Would not fix my transmission. Ford is aware of large transmission issues with the their Focus & Fiesta models. Rather than issue a recall, they are keeping this quiet & doing a patchwork reprogram rather than replacement for customers bringing their vehicles to them. My transmission still slips & car feels dangerous on the road even after the dealership had it for one week. The service manager claimed Ford won’t allow him to do anything more about it. ***SHAME!!!***

Not what was promised First off I’m not referring to the mechanical work. When I purchased the car I paid for a package to have all my services done through Mall of GA and was told my car would be detailed. It wasn’t even washed. Second, the Lyft service was unsafe and unnerving. There was not a working seat belt in the ride back to Mall of GA. Absolutely unacceptable. The driver to the house had a guest with and their conversation about the area we lived in was unnerving.
