Lackluster care My service rep informed me that my F150 with less than 100K miles has a cracked piston skirt, requiring engine replacement or rebuild. When I tried to get answers regarding the details of the problem and options for moving forward, I could not get a return call. James Shellaugh, the worst salesman ever!!! So, this is an update to the nightmare I had previously with James Shellaugh lying and forgetting our 3pm appointment, selling the car and not calling us, letting us drive 1.5 hours to lie and tell us another salesman has the keys, then it sold, then find out car has been sold over 24 hours ago... Discrimination I scheduled an online appointment for my brakes to get serviced at 7am. When I arrived I was told that it may take 1 1/2 hours to complete. While waiting for 2 1/2 hours the service tech advises me that the additional parts that I needed was not at the location and won't be in until 2pm. Meanwhile my vehicle had already been disassembled and the additional parts were an extra $330, as if I was prepared for this unexpected expense. fuel in my engine oil Oil change took 3h. After driving for 80 min my car shows problems of a bad catalytic converter and low and behold, the checking engine showed that my catalytic converter is bad and needs to be replaced. Im disappointed in this service I had at mall of Georgia, and i please ask them to investigate their workers and make sure they are professional and honest at their job.

Worst service center I’ve ever been to. I waited two and a half hours for an oil change that was scheduled a week in advance AND that I showed up to 30min early! The oil change itself took about an hour and half which is fine. My issue is that after they finished my oil change they put my car on the rack to check the alignment. The lady told me my car was on the rack and it would only take about 20 min. An hour goes by and I get up and see my truck parked outside the service garage.
