Good Deal...gone bad. Everything went smoothly with the purchase of my vehicle. Largely in part, that I knew the exact vehicle I was interested in, and I purchased in cash! Having worked in the car business for 12 years myself, I understood how this was a great deal for the dealership. I didn't haggle over the price or anything. Less than desirable I don't think I'd have a problem with Mall of Georgia Ford, if it weren't for the lack of after-the-sale support. I have three outstanding issues. 1. My vehicle was advertised with equipment it wasn't actually equipped with, and this wasn't discovered until after the sale. The dealership has made no attempt to remedy this 2. Poor service I have had my F 150 serviced here since it was new in 2013. Items on every 10,000 mile service are over looked including one occasion when the oil wasn’t even changed. Things like dirty battery cables ignored. Windshield washer fluid left empty on two occasions. I cringe every time I go in. Nice people. Just can’t get it together.

F-150 error codes The dealer has all the information. Numerous items appeared on error codes (61 total per advisor) service could not find tell me why this is going on. I find this unacceptable.

Terrible compared to the past 4 automobiles I bought here I was turning in my 3rd lease (early) to buy a new car. The car was changed 3 different times after being told it worked. Sales manager never explained anything really financially but this car would work and then change it. 5 hours of frustration and I had to leave. Called Mason to make an offer which he said he would call me back first thing. 2 days later he called and I had to work with a new salesman and manager. Not enough words here to explain my frustration!!

Horrible overall experience NEVER GO HERE IF I COULD NOT GIVE ANY STARS I WOULD.....Lets start from the beginning. So my husband and I purchased a used 2016 f-150 with 23k miles on it from here on April 28th. Upon getting home we found large oil spots underneath the truck and that apple car play would not work. Unprofessional and Misleading deals First, don’t believe the value of your trade if you use the tool on their website. You won’t get that amount. Secondly, they added in the dealer supplied options, then show a big discount, and then charge you again for the same options a second time. Very sneaky. I caught them in the game and asked for the money back. Now they will not even respond back to me. A disaster The organization stinks. I had to go in 3 times to sign papers. I was guaranteed one price and a loan and I had to come back another day to sign for a different one with a different company. A piece of my brand new car also fell of as I was driving down the road.

False Advertising & Illegal pricing gimmicks. Not one, but two bad interactions: Today I saw a great price on a Ford SUV. Call to see if it's in stock, they said it was and request to purchase it. Then, they refused to honor the advertised price and blamed a computer glitch. First off, one car being mispriced I could believe, but they supposedly mispriced almost 20 cars of different makes and models.
