Poor experience I am sad to say that the experience with Mall of Georgia Ford was not good. My experience with my salesperson was good overall. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the Ford F-150 that I wanted to purchase. The physical space was pleasant and I was offered coffee and water. However, it really fell apart after this. Great sales team.....horrible service...including the GM This dealership is great at sales but horrible at taking care of their customers post sale! Their service department does not seem to care about set appointments, and takes a very flippant attitude v. seeing how they can take care of the customer....but then it start with the GM...and as EriK Conley has the same attitude and want to pass people off v. taking care of them, what would you expect from the rest of the employees. You have us at a disadvantage as we cannot mention the specifics of your concerns publicly as it is confidential information. We can only say we take care of everyone and consider them very important to our existence. We completely disagree with your comments.
Bait and Switch. Avoid this dealership. Bait and switch dealership. Spoke with manager who told me that $2k discount on the car is available only if you have a trade, but there is no where on the site that says that is the case. When I questioned the manager over it, he told me to go buy a car somewhere else. I'd recommend that everyone take that same advice.

Traded in Escape 2016 for Escape 2018 Good, I would change it to spend less time. Arrived 2:20 p.m., left 7:00 p.m. Too long spent purchasing a vehicle.
Don’t buy a vehicle here Worst experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. I’m 2.5 hours away and worked with a salesman there on purchasing a truck. Did all the prerequisites, pre approved, worked the deal, had everything ironed out. Set an appointment up for Monday to come see the truck and more than likely buy it. Bad service on my 1st oil change When I arrived at 7:30a.m. on March 7, I was told that it would be 1hr 15 min with my free oi change and had to pay for the tire rotation. It actually taken 2 hours. I wanted to get the recall done but they refused a rental. They also stated could not find anything wrong with sync when plugging in the phone stating it is disconnected. 1 week and still no word and NO CAR!!! These guys are something else. First one of their top techs screws up my car and after 3 more visits they still have not solved all of the problems caused by an engine replacement... now they have had my car for over a week and I have not heard a thing from them! I would not bring a 1970 Pinto to them for an oil change! I had to file an official complaint with Ford and still don't have my car fixed.I would avoid this place all together.
