Would've been 5 stars but... Chaz and Chris from the pre-owned lot deserve 5 stars. I really appreciate everything they did to help us get top where we wanted to be in a vehicle and in payment. Everything was great until my wife and I, were sent to the main building to meet with the finance lady. It's not often I get to be the customer, but this woman started out treating me as if I was an ignorant teenager who had never purchased a vehicle. Poor warranty work previously cost me $500 Until recently I’ve had all of my service work done by MOG Ford. I needed an oil/filter change and for convenience let an independent mechanic service my F-150 along with my CTS. He alerted me to an oil pan leak. I let him do the repair since I thought my vehicle was out of warranty and the oil had already been drained. His Ford parts dealership advised him that according to Ford manual these pans cannot be resealed or attached but that a new pan was required. The technician said th... read more

They cracked my dash and misdiagnosed the problem My first experience was so-so, and they were able to fond a part for my rare car, but this time.... brought them an A/C realted electrical problem. And they cracked my air vent housing trying to get to it, and then refused to replace it when i would not pay for them to replace the whole system... which randomly started working by itself after a couple of days. Wont be coming back. I hate people who take advantage.

Disappointed This dealership does not advocate for the consumer. Another Ford dealership made long time factory issues right. This dealership did not want to deal with it or figure a way to address long time problems with the car

Not pleased Everthing was good except were my truck was parked after service. Right out in front of service dept were customers come and go all day getting parts ect... It was parked in a very tight place it was hard to even get in . I take care of my truck and when I leave it with anyone they should do same. Regards Ken

TERRIBLE PEOPLE These people replaced my airbags, but SCRATCHED and DENTED the inside dashboard of my vehicle. The manager refused to fix it. Terrible people. I would’ve rather kept my DEFECTIVE airbags if I had known they were going to damage the interior of my car and refuse to fix it.

Service is not bad but liars in sales are Was told that if I bought the extra coverage (MPP) that if my wheels got scratched due to road issues or tire wall issues that it would be paid. Bought 3 cars from here but will let everyone know not to buy from here due to lying sales reps for insurance. Hate a liar. Just be honest on what you cover. If don’t cover wheels let the consumer know. Don’t sell xxxx and say read the details. You just lost my business going forward.

I really think Ford over charges for some parts. I think I was over charged for a simple overflow hose. It is hard to trust a company that you feel is looking to stick it to you for as much as possible for a simple hose. Hose probably has $8.00 in material and was charged 160.00 for part and close to $500.00 for the service. Just sad.

RIP off I bought a 3000 mile used f150 and brought it in with 19,000 miles because I noticed ed the brake pads were completely gone in the back. Long story short they told me my truck k was from Canada and it was because of the rust..... so completely bull crap!!! Said they would not cover it. Someone with authority should call me and make this right!!! I will never recommend your dealership ever again. And I will tell people all about this faulty product and your lame excuse!!! That's why these break pads are on back order!... read more
