3.5 hour wait and still no oil change So I don’t know about everyone else but 3.5 hour wait for a oil change and tire rotation is too long. This was today I got there at 7:40 am and finally at 11:35 I asked for my truck back with tires un-rotated and oil still not changed. Service Consistently, the service department has been really bogus. They have no trouble lying to a customer just to get the business. Their follow up and service is poor. I would not buy another Ford because of this dealership.
Will not stand behind their own work... I purchased a brand new 2016 Mustang GT from mall of ga that ended up being garaged shortly after I purchased it because I am in the military and deployed. Upon my return to the states the rear emblem fell off. The car has very few miles so it was taken in for warranty work. Terrible service I bought a 2017 Mustang GT in September. Four months later a transmission problem. Tony told me to drop it off and they would find out, what it was. This is my only car and I asked for a loaner. Tony told me they had to diagnose the problem. At the end of the day I get a call from Tony. He tells me it will be a month before he they can fix it and to drive it with 5th gear grinding and that it won't hurt it. I call Ford and tell them the situation. Deceptive Sales and Service tactics on a certified pre-owned I bought a 2015 Ford Mustang convertible certified pre-owned on December 17th 2015 with 34180 miles on it. On January 18th the problems started. The car now has around 42000 miles on it. I have had to put four new tires on it 4 times it's been aligned. Customer no service, service rep was a smartass! Service department unwilling to help with parts needed. they wanted to run diagnostics and check the entire electrical system before selling me a part. I ended up leaving and ordering the part off the internet at half the price. Part came in two days and everything works perfect.
