Service was great, easy and simple. I enjoy my time to be there service advisor was very professional. We talk about on recall they said that they ordered the parts and I have to come back to do the recall.
Everyone was kind and as quick as they could be. Seong made a bad circumstance much better.
Customer service has improved tremendously. Mateo is awesome! He is very empathetic and treated me with the utmost respect.
Communication is an issue, spotty at best. Seems like they are overwhelmed with work. Probably due to all the quality issues with Ford vehicles.
