Sometimes when you arrive for service and the guy who place you in that time spot no longer works there. The next guys is just as professional as the guy who scheduled you.
Scott provides knowledgeable timely information, making the decision process stress free. The snacks are always a bonus.
Everything went well. I arrived on time and was immediately greeted as I exited my vehicle. Service Representative Brian explained what would be involved in the 95k mile service and estimated the price and time I could expect. It turned out that the break rotors needed work and the front break pads needed replacing. I approved the work. Everything was done in another hour or so and the price was tolerable.

The people I dealt with were courteous and professional. The work was done well and promptly with no issues. I have an older car that is a Lincoln Mark III and I was glad to find a service group nearby to do my maintenance, with the Jacky Jones dealership no longer servicing Lincolns.

I liked the fact they tried correcting their mistake by offering me the pickup service, made me feel like they cared i was dissatisfied.

I found a used car on line that I was interested in. After making contact with the dealership I was I was referred to Chris Jackson. Chris could have not been more professional and patient.I am a 'picky" person and asked Chris a lot of questions about the vehicle.
