Service was without negatives. People were pleasant, helpful, competent and timely. My car, which I thought was OK when I brought it in, was running noticeably better after the service.
Brian was fabulous! My 2021 Expedition shut down on a major intersection. I called and he calmly walked me through on how to get it started back up: I took my car in and he handled it perfectly. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that the technician that worked on it did not use the floor board paper to protect my car and left it in the passenger seat. I will make sure that does not happen again.
