2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend I want to make it clear I have absolutely no problem with this department, but I would not suggest anyone buy a Ford if the doors are just going to fall apart in the first couple years. 0 Star : My Experience Your Representative, (Scott), that handled my repair was super hard to get a hold of, never answered his phone in 4 weeks that my car was in your shop and would take 2-3 days to call me back and he would complain to me how rough his day was going and how exhausted he was. So on a satisfactory scale of 1-10 I’d give him a 2.
