The estimated total was $346.78 in which I paid a $60 deposit (I have the receipt for this deposit). Once I was in the office and the repair was completed, it was brought to my attention that once the panel was replaced, the door would not shut. I do understand delays but there is no need for continued lies. Do not make promises that can not be kept. I didn't get any answers until I called the insurance company to complain. I would not recommend this shop if you want honesty!

5 Star : My Experience Great job 0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Not a chance 2.5 Star : Repair Quality We received our car back, repaired on the left side as expected but with fresh damage (white scuff marks from something striking it) on the right, front passenger fender. I addressed this with the manager who denied responsibility and/or any attempt to resolve the issue. So I left the body shop with a new body issue.
