These people would rather to give up customers with the life time of services of 2 vehicles in my case then to give shuttle services back and forth to the dealer about 11.7 miles. I respect their rules with in 10 miles but I personally think they made a bad decision to let go of my business.

Save yourself time and do not ever come here. They use the "bait and switch" tactic. It's a scam over there. They advertise a car at a cheaper price to reel you in and then switch the prices. The final numbers are never as advertised and do not add up. If you are a female who is looking to buy a car, GO ELSEWHERE. I was called stupid and never felt so uncomfortable in a place of business. Worst auto dealership I've ever been to.

My experience with ford today was pretty rough. My wife bought a brand new Ford Focus back in 2015. Still under warranty. We brought it back for the third time with the same transmission problem we have had every 10000 miles since we bought it. The car was 21,000 New. We tried to bring it to them today to get out of this car before warranty was up because the car was obviously among the ones that had bad transmissions. My husband found a truck online that he was very interested in so he went to the dealership and dealt with Felix, he test drove the vehicle and started negotiating and of course your never given the price you want so he told our salesman what price range he wanted and if they can do it to call him and left. My husband then received a phone call from purchasing giving him the lowest they could go, my husband AGREED to that price and told him that we live an hour away and would be down later in the day to purchase the vehicle.... read more

So I don't know about everyone else but 3.5 hour wait for a oil change and tire rotation is too long. This was today I got there at 7:40 am and finally at 11:35 I asked for my truck back with tires un-rotated and oil still not changed. In the past I have made a appointment and still ended up ended up with a 2+ hour wait for again a standard works package. Not very happy. Purchased a Focus RS back in late december. They installed window tint and did a terrible job. The window tint is peeling up in the passenger front window. They charged me for the tint, and expect me to waste time out of my day to drive an hour and half one way through Atlanta traffic and miss work. Contacted the salesman and he never got back to me. DO NOT be fooled by the slick exterior of this place. The reality is more like a seedy used car outfit from a movie. We completed what we thought was a good deal. A week later, they called to say we needed to sign "additional paperwork." It was actually a completely new contract. It was like pulling teeth to find out what the new terms were. Quite simply put - they don't return calls. I think their "Answering machine" is a way to get you out of their hair. We've left 6 messages in 5 days with no return calls. I serviced there a while back with good results but I won't chase down a company and beg to give them my money - plenty of other Ford dealers willing to answer the phone.
