In 2017 purchased a F150. There have been 2 recalls. Both times I had to take time off work because I could not get a loaner. I will not buy another Ford after this. Tired of being treated like crap.
Typical sales experience with dealership. I purchased with cash and the sales manager loaded up the sheet with the most bizarre and nonsensical fees I've ever seen, paint coatings, etc. It was silly, I refused to look at them on the sheet, I simply said, this is a cash deal, I don't care HOW you split it up, here is my offer. I had to nearly walk out the door because they were trying to "steal" my trade in during the deal with all those ridiculous fees. This dealer will sell you a vehicle that has problems. BUYER BEWARE!!!! Had my truck for 60 days now 4 check engine problems. Still do not have new registration. BEWARE!!! Called & they basically said your on your own
HORRIBLE experience. I recently bought a mustang, we saw a small scratch on the paint that was there when the car was bought. We talked to Leo with 4 witnesses of him telling us "I can fix this for you no problem." After 5 phone calls of Leo Bond not answering, we finally went up to the shop where he continuously lied in front of his manager Sterling Oliver. If I could leave zero stars I would. The customer service at this particular Ford dealership was absolutely horrendous. Employees at this location including Leo, a sales associate and Sterling Oliver, as the Store Manager gave me such a hard time. They were highly unprofessional and do not deserve to be representing such a great company. I will not be returning to this dealership after my horrible experience.
I wrecked my brand new mustang and took it to mall of Georgia ford repair shop because it's a ford and it's under warranty. I wrecked it the night before thanksgiving. My car is still in the shop (finished) because ford forgot to send my appraiser the extra parts and emailed the wrong people. I was promised my car back 2 weeks ago and I'm going out of town Thursday I won't have my car for at least another two weeks. We purchased a 2019 Ford Mustang Ecoboost. The vehicle had a small scratch on the hood. Leo, our Sales Representative said they would take care of the scratch and he would call us as soon as he got the appointment scheduled the next day. NO call the next day and we then called the next 4 days and left messages with Leo to call us back. Never got a call back. Went to the Mall of Georgia Ford and found Leo. Just purchased a new 2020 Ford Explore Limited . Transmission failed at 2K miles. I haven't even made my first car payment. Mall of a Georgia Ford did not make any concessions to our situation. Nothing! They have had vehicle for a week and will probs have it all month due to a pump on the transmission being back ordered. They have not done ANY service recovery with us. We have spoke with all the managers there and the GM. They are good at selling vehicles and that is where the buck stops. Buyers beware of this dealership.
I will NEVER Buy a Car from this dealership again, nor will I ever buy another Ford. I purchased a new truck Ford F150 in July and the motor blew up in September with only 1650 miles on it. When I told them I did not want that truck back or another truck with that same kind of motor, I was met a lot of frustration and their unwillingness to make me a fair trade.
