we never ever go back again! customer service suck! we pay for gap cover now since had now they saying we don't have it, lost at words about this company
After having work done at the service department, they scuffed up my dash, misaligned my dash in a rushed crap job, and also had the nerve to offer me bogus services that I don't need like spark plugs when I changed them less than 3k miles ago. horrible service with no integrity. and when I tried to call higher up it gets you right back where you started which is nowhere.
Worst experience with a dealership I've ever had. After 3 trips we settled on a price and started the paperwork. I had to drive a hour home to clean out my trade, remove my tool box and pick up my wife and kids. After the hour drive back we arrived back about 7pm and was told they was finishing up the paper work. Set around for almost 45 minutes when a sales manager came out and said someone made a mistake and i would now need to make a large down payment if I still want the new truck. My first time buying a vehicle from the Mall of Georgia Ford in Buford. Bought the car I was looking for and treated excellent. Bought into the MPP program and was told three times I could get my oil changed for free as long as I had the car and could get all the car washes I wanted for free. If I wanted to just keep going through and having it washed it would be fine as long as I owned the car. This place should be avoided at all costs . The sales person argued with us the entire time and wouldn't listen to what we were trying to tell him . They tried to shift numbers around which was actually costing us more . They sent someone else out to talk to us who two seconds later left . Our car keys were then thrown at the wall which everyone on the floor could hear . The sales guy then came tossed our keys on the table and said sorry we can't give you what you want . I should have read the reviews prior to visiting. Their sales tactics are very deceptive. I was given a verbal price over the phone only to find out that the deal was no good after I drove nearly 2 hours to the dealership. I have dealt with a number of car dealers, and most have integrity and honor what they say. I learned the hard way with this dealer. Do not trust what they tell you, get it in writing.
Went in to get a leasing deal on F-150. Salesperson Alex was a good guy to deal with until finance manager Steve Fricks came into the loop. I did my research and study done before I went, and when I presented to him, his attitude changed. Basically, for knowing what is going on in the numbers, i was treated poorly. Completely unprofessional, disappointing, and disrespectful. On Sunday October 28, 2018 my parents visited the Mall of Georgia Ford dealership in 4525 Nelson Brogdon Blvd NE, Buford, GA 30518. Salesperson, Tyrell Van Osten, greeted them and took them through the lot to look at the trucks, and was answering their questions. Bait and switch Found a SUV advertised for 8591. Got to the paperwork and what I got was over 10500. Seven percent tax and dealer fees only added up to 10k in my head so where did the extra 500 come from?? Well go figure 250 was for some bs coating on the suv which sorry i didn't request. So I asked for that to get taken off since the car is used and I never requested that anyhow. So that leaves another 250 that was built into the taxes that shouldn't have been there.
