One star is much too generous. My experience with the dealership was horrendous. Among the worst customer service I have ever had. I made a simple request for a 24 month lease price for a truck they had in stock. It took me over 30 hours after first contacting them and numerous phone calls and e-mails to get a quote on a new vehicle. And then when I did get the quote, it was not the approx $400 per month lease that was provided on-line. The price had doubled and there was no basis for this change. Dropped my truck off for service 8/2019. While my truck was at the dealership they stole the plastic tray out of my center console full of loose change along with a pair of Costa sunglasses. The service manager, Sterling, is a joke. Told me he questioned the service techs, they denied the theft and he believed them over me. Did he actually expect them to say "yes it was me"??? This dealership employs criminals and should be out of business. Take the money, but can I at least have the tray back?
Buying a car from here has been the worst experience from a dealership I've ever experienced. They're too busy standing around talking and laughing to fill out the paperwork correctly. I've had to correct several documents they filled out incorrectly and make several trips to return the forms. I bought my car in May and they still haven't completed all the paperwork on my trade in approaching the end of July. Saw the Dealership had the EXACT car we were looking for on the pre-owned side. Went by and spoke with Ricky. Super friendly but typical salesman that knew nothing about the car we were looking at. Which isn't shocking. It was a Chevrolet Corvette at a Ford Dealership. As we moved forward in the process we met the GM Alan. Another very friendly NO BS type gentleman. NEVER GO HERE IF I COULD NOT GIVE ANY STARS I WOULD.....Lets start from the beginning. So my husband and I purchased a used 2016 f-150 with 23k miles on it from here on April 28th. Upon getting home we found large oil spots underneath the truck and that apple car play would not work. So I took the truck in to get serviced on the May 1st. Today I saw a great price on a Ford SUV. Call to see if it's in stock, they said it was and request to purchase it. Then, they refused to honor the advertised price and blamed a computer glitch. This is for the Ford dealership recommending who they have do bodywork for them. They give me a quote of $7500. I drive down the road approximately 5 to 6 miles at the most to the right choice collision center. They gave me an estimate of $2500 for the repairs. I just picked it up I did not sacrifice quality for the price difference. How come would Ford recommend these people with such high pricing. Poor sales staff, James Shellaugh is the worst!!... makes us drive 1.5 hours, acts like he doesnt know us, forgets about scheduled appointment via text, sells car without notice, and lies about it, then whines about a messed up "5 star rating"...James is the WORST, hopefully Bryce can save the sale and find another car before James screws it up completely... Also, looked at the rest of the reviews, and everyone has same issue with bait and switch and poor business practices... not sure i want to deal with this dealership...
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Absolute terrible business practices. Classic bait and switch dealer. Advertised price was discussed over the phone prior to setting an appointment to finalize the deal, even submitted a credit application. When I arrived for my appointment (once I'm in the building) and look at the vehicle the price magically jumped and the 0% offer is no longer available because of the rebates.
