Providing some feedback on my recent service of my 2019 Ford Ranger. On Monday 9/21 I brought my Ford in for a scheduled oil change. While my service advisor was courteous and professional she confused me on the service options for this simple oil change. Initially she quoted me $108 for "The Works" along with some oil additive to make the engine oil work like "Fully Synthetic" oil.. Don't be swayed by the fake positive reviews for Mall of Georgia Ford. They are unethical and use the bait and switch scam to get you into the dealership. I saw a decent internet price on a new F-150 and decided to go take a personal look at the vehicle. I liked the truck and started going over the numbers. I noticed they had added almost $2000 of additional fees to the advertised internet price. BEWARE of shady practices at the ford service department! I brought in my F150 truck to the Ford Service experts for a second opinion after a mechanic told me my truck had head gasket issues and needed a new engine. The Ford Service department diagnosed my truck and told me they had "good news, it wasn't the head gasket". They told me it was the intake manifold. They charged me $2000 for that repair. Called in the morning and made an appointment to test drive a car we found on their website for later that same afternoon. Drove all the way up on a hot day (45 min drive) to be told the person I had an appointment with was in a meeting and the car I went to look at "had a failed transmission and was probably going to be sold at auction." Sadly it seems they are understaffed at the service center but 3+ hour wait for air bag sensor lights with an appointment is painful! Considering another Ford dealership!

If i could post a negative rating i would. I called in to see if they had a black 2019 F150 in their lot, they said they did, I asked if they could hold it till i came and see the truck, they would as long as i gave them my credit card for $500 and would refund if we didn't strike a deal. I spoke with Matthew Gettys, the manager. WARNING!! Do not Purchase a vehicle from this pathetic Dealership. After coming out of finding which was An Interesting experience All by itself the sales man just walk away and started helping another customer did not show me any features on my truck did not put fuel in my truck,,,he did nothing. There are much better dealership in the area that are way more honest so I've heard. So don't say you haven't been warned!!!!!!!!

My car was brought in with a clicking noise and they told me they were booked to bring back Monday. Well, the hybrid mechanism broke and I had it towed in. Ford Fusion 2014 110,000. A vehicle that I bought pre owned certified from MOG ford (same place) they said the repair is 5500.00 I refused to pay that much for this. LIERS! Do not let them sucker you in. Go to Athens ford where you get lifetime Powertrain warranty. These people will lie to you multiple times to get you to come waste gas and time to come in. We used a service through USAA that uses true car for pricing at dealers. We saw a ranger that seemed to good to be true. So we called and asked. The sales manager Alan says it is true.
