At $169/hr that's 11 hours of work in 3.5 hours and that includes me dropping off the car and picking it up. That's some serious rounding up. 1 hours to change a battery, 2 hours to update software. That's brutal.

I have bought a Pre-owned car from Maranello BMW last months, but its Brakes are very slow/weak, It takes a lots of time and too much pressure on Brake pedal before it stops completely. On contacting them, I was told that as it was safety certified Brakes were fine. They had my car for a week, gave us a rental car from different company, they expect us to pay out of our pocket for the rental fee. The worst part is that they don’t even try to resolve it. Horrible service.
