It turned out to be an oil leak, but Maranello chose to change the oil anyway, in spite of me choosing to defer the repair (I found $3,400 + tax too expensive at the time) at a cost of $414 (including $165 for oil leak detection - really?).

Very bad service, take my car in for service and getting the run around, I called in regarding my car seat that is ripped, they advise me that they will call me, still waiting no call back regarding that. I went in, they advise me that they will call and its over 3 weeks now, no call received from them. Not professional at all.

She was dishonest and terrible with follow up. However not shy to ask for a great review. Even my daughter commented on the fact she was eating a cookie while talking to me. Avoid her if you can

"unprofessional costumer service " Never go to this dealership again and I will encourage all people that I know not to go there. I will use all my power in social media to tell the truth about this dealership .. . dishonest , disqualified , rude and unprofessional ,especially this guy Pietro Leonardi service advisor. "Great sales experience, won't return for service." I had problems self-replacing a headlamp bulb. Lost the clip in the bumper. Took it in, they said they could take care of it. They did. Fished the clip out and installed it and secured the bulb. $165 plus taxes. I get overhead and shop rates but seriously? Also, asked if I wanted the car washed. I was in a hurry and said no.
