"I brought a car to Maranello BMW dealer for service..." I brought a car to Maranello BMW dealer for service recall air bags.Next day I see my passenger airbag went on. I call dealer to complaint and a service guy(Peter)told me to bring a car back to the dealer to check but this time they have to charge me $165 for diagnose first. Never take my car to this dealer again

"Brought my wife’s car in for cellphone charger that was..." Brought my wife’s car in for cellphone charger that was not working. Needs new part as I have similar problem and they fixed it with new part. But the service put a phone on it for a second found it to work and returns the car to us saying we were wrong It’s still not working they won’t send for part unless I bring car in again for them to confirm. Rediculous. May be my last BMW. Have had 6 of them. own two now.

"Overall, every time I visit I find the wait time to be..." Overall, every time I visit I find the wait time to be incredibly long. From oil changes to tire changes, it’s just excessive in terms of wait and the estimated time provided versus actual time is always 50% more. Not a great experience at all. Also, the business centre is really not a business centre at all. So working while you wait is really not an option.
"Don’t buy any extended warranty cash grab" I really don’t have anything nice to say about this dealership. Your better off at Praff, the sales reps here only care about the sale and fattening their pockets with your hard earn money. They will never put the customer first and will try to sell you into buying useless warranties. Run and don’t look back. "Purchased a used X5 car didn’t meet safety standards when..." Purchased a used X5 car didn’t meet safety standards when checked by 3rd party auto mechanic. Requested to switch vehicle by paying more. Got into 428i 2016 but transmission is jerky. Once you apply brakes car sometimes doesn’t come to complete stop almost hit a pedestrian. I will never buy a used BMW again don’t waste your money or time.
"Greatly disappointed " I am greatly dissatisfied with the service at this location and I will not buy a car or order parts or even doing any service at this location. I will not recommend this location for any customers or friends.
