First time buyer. And it was a pleasure to deal with them. Thank you for everything you did for me and my family..But now after 3,000 miles I find out my car is missing brake parts and the service department did the brakes when I bought it. I went and brought the car in to have them look at it and they ordered the part . That was two weeks ago and still no call. My car squeaks every time I stop . If you purchase a car here, and if your sales person quits, you no longer get the same treatment. Even if you go back and ask if you can get what everyone who buys a new car gets. �� If I had known this, I would have not followed through with my purchase.
Never ever have I had such problems with this Vehicles maintenance. First, I got a flat tire, mind you I'm pregnate & have a small child, come to find out upon opening the trunk to change my flat there is NO spare. I called the dealership & they told me I didn't buy the tire package. What!? First, I was never offered "the package" and if I was I'm sure my husband would of not bought the car OR have bought the package.. Absolutely disgusted. I listed my truck for sale on Facebook and one of their employees messaged me asking to bring it in for an appraisal. I specifically asked if they could come close to my asking price so I wouldn’t be wasting my time making the 45min drive, they responded that they were the leading KBB buying center, blah blah blah. We got a wonderful car for my daughter that had minor flaws. We were impressed with the sales team. The problems came the next day when I brought it in to be detailed. They told us when I brought the payment, they would detail it. I got the car there and they had decided to wait until Tuesday because they were going to do the repair then. Danny Miller had me come in from an ad I placed to sell my car. I told them before I came I was driving 45 minutes so not to waste my time. They assured me they would not. I drive out and at first I'm blown off by the sales rep who took a phone call mid conversation, and then the manager Danny has me sit there 20 min only to offer 5k less than I asked. Total scam. Will never do business with these guys
ALL of my maintenance is done through GM dealerships and it's sad to see my love and loyalty to GM dealerships take a hit. This particular one didn't keep oil drain plugs on hand (an easy find at every other GM shop I've been too) and couldn't change my oil without extending the wait time. Minor inconvenience for some, but I wrote this place off after the guy offered me tires (that are discontinued by firestone apparently) for over $600 & they were O.E. nothing fancy. Bad experience. I was told to make an appointment with ‘Danny’ when I called to inquire about a preowned vehicle seen on the internet. When my husband and I showed up, we were told there were two Danny’s. Never did meet Danny, the manager, while we were there. We were ushered to a bank of people on computers and randomly assigned a salesman and told my car of interest would be pulled up to curb. ( they didn’t ask what car we were looking at).
