The parking lot sucks big drop off in the back. A sign or cones would be nice very unsafe dealership. Buyers beware!
Marine Chevrolet isnt doing it's customers right. After a respectable offer on a 4 year old 56K used truck, the sales team came back with the same price, about $6K more than the truck was worth. Another salesman told us that he could get us into a new truck for about the same price as the used one, reinforcing the fact that price was severely inflated. Confused they post a price for a truck and don't honor their own website. I filled out a purchase request and received a email with all the vehicle info and the purchase summary along with a test drive time. When i showed up for my scheduled appt the vehicle was not even on site they had it at the mall. They also told me the price was wrong and would not be able to honor it and would change the website ASAP which still has not changed. I received the email straight from the internet manager. I drove an hour for an oil change. I have been waiting almost 2 hours. This has happened the past 2-3 times I have been. I will not be back. Service was better 2-3 years ago.
What a horrible service department! We had $1500 in service performed on the car we bought from here in May, which included 2 new tires. The nitrogen caps they just put on were loose and no air was staying in any of the 4 tires, so we went back and the service guy said "we don't have time to chase around 4 leaking tires" and dismissed the situation and told my mother to leave. Please don't go here for one the sales manager I spoke to was extremely rude. They don't care about their inventory and there is no organization I walked around the lot 5 times looking around for cars. And for some reason I bought a car there last Saturday and find out today that it still has not been cleaned from when it got traded in. End result is after I pick my car up possibly Friday I will never be going there again.
