Sales process was decent. But before I left after buying my grand Cherokee I asked for the owners manual and was told that they had already lost too much on the car, that the sales manager isn't going to spend the money on getting me a manual. Quickly the sales guy told me he would find one and send it to me which was fine. Still 2 months later no manual after staying in contact with the salesman. I just moved here about two weeks ago. I have a 2015 Colorado. I have had a few warranty issues with the truck but nothing crazy. I bought the truck while I was living in Hawaii. This review is for the service department. I scheduled an appt about three weeks out to make sure my vehicle would be looked at. I will say that this dealership has to have the worst customer service of any dealership I have been to! I purchased a new Malibu from them in 2014 and in the first few weeks it had a shudder every time it shifted from 1 to 2nd gear. Took it to them and they said they couldn't duplicate the problem so it wasn't fixed I took it to them 3 times and just gave up. I bought a used Nissan maxima 7/22/16 yes I no it's used but I got the warranty on it took it back yesterday for a knocking noise in the front driver side and was told nothing was wrong that it was completely safe so today noise had gotten louder the more I drove got home checked the lug nuts on driver front tire and what do you know they were almost all the way off all but one I will be returning tomorrow for a reason to why it was not checked after being told it was and also was told that it was completely safe to drive
Service department is under manned and I called twice today about my truck, but it is being pushed to tomorrow morning. I have a 2014 GMC Sierra and the A/C has went out 3 times within a year. Don't waste your time or money. Go to a place that will keep you informed.
The worst customer service in Service Department!! Not happy!!!!
Worst service I have ever had at a dealership. The communication is definitely lacking. If something is going to take longer than what you told me I should be updated instead of having to go ask for myself after waiting past the initial time and finding out its going to be another 45 minutes. My advisor didn't go over any of the suggested items found on my multi point inspection just showed me the paper and that was it.
VERY disappointed...drove a leftover 2015 truck last night and went in today to make the purchase. ..cash deal, no financing, no trade. The price on the window is very clearly $32,531 however when they started to do the paperwork it magically became $39,510. Hmmm, what's up with that? According to the gentleman running the numbers the price on the window is the "business price" (even though it doesn't SAY that on the window) and then he deducted some rebates and stuff to get me down to $33,031.
