Worst customer service ever, The maintenance center is on the same level. They don’t return calls, and are incompetent. Do not shop there, go to steveson Chevrolet in Swansboro first!
My wife bought a 2013 Chevy Equinox few months ago and paid over 17,800 cash and they wouldn’t even give her a free spare key,tire rotation or even a few oil changes NOT NOTHING so we’ll NEVER buy from there again. We will drive 2 hours back to our home town and buy our next vehicle!!!!!
came and got 4 tires an inspection and an alignment well I paid for all three but only got to the tires and the inspection because the steering wheel is off to the left and it pulls to the right don't know how that's even possible and not to mention never got the printout of the alignment sheet so that tells me right there that it wasn't done. only going to give you two just because the price on the tires was better than I expected and service write was good too. fire the mech! I traveled from Kinston down to Marine Chevrolet based on a price I saw advertised on their website. Thinking I am going to purchase a new vehicle man was I in for a surprise when I saw the figures. So the hubs and I went in looking around at the trucks. Saw one we liked, was going to test drive it. Sticker price was posted and within our budget. A) truck was unlocked overnight and the lights on so who knows how long the battery will last on that B) salesperson told us that the sticker price was for a standard model...not for the one we were looking at, and that we needed to add $16k to the price for the actual price Stating "but you knew that right?!" RecommendedThis is the second truck I’ve bought from marine Chevy. My fault was I should have not bought it…. Truck was put up for sale without being serviced or inspected or detailed. So I got a call today from an employee at Marine Chevy saying they seen my posting on Craigslist and were interested in my truck for a customer search. I had a lot of information on the posting and 20 images and had an asking price. So they ask for me to come in, well I get there and they offered me $8,000 less than what I was asking for on the posting. I received a phone call from Jessica explaining she had seen my ad online and that the dealership was 'very interested' in my vehicle. The dealership is an hour away from my home. Nevertheless I made the journey and was told on arrival that they weren't interested in my car. No appraisal. Nothing. The VIN has a recall on it.
