Internet prices are not what they seem!! After seeing two internet ads, (Autotrader and the Marine Chevy website), I went and looked at a brand new truck listed for $47k, after discounts and incentives $41k. Upon arrival I found out the truck was actually being sold for $59k because of additions. Sales Rep was professional, but still unforeseen costs that were not mentioned in any internet ads. Wasted my time, and was deceived because of false ads.
Car we purchased is the 4th car we've bought from this dealership and it will be the LAST. I don't know what they did with their sales staff and their repair service is worse. They won't fix our new car and have some interesting excuses as to why. Now I get to drive a brand new car that has some serious faulty electrical problems. Leaving this review is just my first stop. Next is to investigate what I can do to solve this problem and who to report the repair department to.
So I scheduled an appointment to fix my main rear seal on my 2001 chevy Tahoe I was told they need to do a diagnostic test first ($98) ok fine so it's scheduled and I ask will it be fixed the same day as the diagnosis and I'm told as long as they have the part yes ok perfect I drop it off early because due to holiday hrs I had to go in earlier then expected I had got myself a ride due to this change while I'm thinking I just had to drop the keys off I was wrong and took longer then I thought so I was already in a rush the ma... read more
I purchased an 2016 equinox with 13k miles on October 15th. On November 10th, 3 hours into a road trip, I stopped to get gas, got in the car and the navigation screen wouldn't come on. I was no longer able to use my navigation, back up camera, radio or charge my phone. I dropped my car off at the service department to be fixed November 14th. Picked the car up November 15th.
